Their friendly, capable crew picked up and returned the hand-cleaned carpets and actually helped us get them in place with new pads, assisting with moving some heavy furniture. In one case they performed a miracle because that old rug had been in a basement. It was heavily soiled and it came back looking nice enough that we placed it in the primary bedroom. Kaoud's work was outstanding. Do not be surprised that it takes some time. Your rugs are literally hand washed and air dried, so in our case it took four weeks from pick up to reinstallation. He was able to work with the manufacturer of the thin carpet to absorb the cost of full replacement within a month at no cost to me. I offered to pay for the extra install labor but George refused my offer. I am completely satisfied with the plush carpet and great outcome.
