Even on the first call to the store, Andrew made the time and effort to go over everything (I knew nothing about carpets) in great detail. I could tell by that first phone call with Andrew that he puts his heart into his work and it's part of the reason they've been the best for decades. Andrew made us feel like family and it was one of the single best customer experiences I've ever had. Andrew went above and beyond to do everything he could to make it exactly what we wanted. The price was unheard of and the installation and attention to detail are second to none. They put their heart into everything they do and they've backed it with their reputation. If you're looking for carpets, runners, or rugs, LOOK NO FURTHER! Call Dorello's and be at peace knowing you're dealing with the best and you'll never find a better deal.

We needed a carpet runner for one set of stairs, another runner for 2-way stairs with carpet rods, 2 bathroom runners, and an area rug to replace an old one. In addition, we needed a very large rug removed from another room that was adhered to hardwood flooring. To our surprise, the team arrived at 8:30 AM and finished everything by noon! We were amazed by their meticulous and professional work. The cleanup was exceptional, leaving not a speck of debris behind. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the professionalism displayed during the installation process. Working with James was also a pleasure.

Bob then picked up the sample and with his fingers showed me how tight the weave is and that he couldn't see how my cat could get his claws under the loops. Dave took the time to understand our lifestyle and needs (dogs, etc.) to guide us through our stair runner options for our grand staircase, back stairs, and stairs to the mudroom. Our style didn't match, but Dave's knowledge of everything carpet made him an invaluable resource. He let us borrow as many samples as we wanted. We made several trips to swap out the samples until we narrowed down our perfect carpets. Once we found them there was no going back. We price matched these exact carpets at another carpet shop and Dave's prices were very competitive. The purchasing, communication, measurement, removal, and installation processes were all seamless. They even disposed of our old runners for us. Can you find cheaper options in Home Depot? Absolutely. What will you find there? Boring and generic carpets. At Carpet City we found truly unique runners that would be impossible to find at mass market retailers. If you want a unique and high quality carpet this is the place to go. We've had our runners for over 6 months now and we love them more and more with each passing day. They're holding up quite nicely with two dogs and frequent use.

Their friendly, capable crew picked up and returned the hand-cleaned carpets and actually helped us get them in place with new pads, assisting with moving some heavy furniture.
