They sent someone to fix the problem. Of course, we were going to "need to buy a part and sign a contract"! I told them that was fine but that we were going to be moving. They said "no problem." Once, we moved I called to tell them to discontinue our service but I was told that we still had to pay over $1100.00 to fulfill the contract. And, one other thing the part that they had us buy was BS. Because the people that moved in after us got a different Alarm Company and they removed the part they had me buy!!!!!! So, We did not need the part and shouldn't have had a sign a contract!!!!!!!!!!!
