Saver! Exactly what happened to me today when I went in there and what a pleasant friendly feeling I had here. I was greeted and told the colored sale tag of the day and was explained the 50% I could save on all winter items by using my "Savers" card and was explained how easy it was for me to get a savers card by going to the cashier and giving her my email address so she could give me my little red card I can put in my purse and use next time and they will send me emails with coupons or event sales! I already like this place let me tell you the prices were great! Toys that another store I frequent were sold at 5 X that price. The clothes omg! What a deal! Everything is pretty organized lots of pants tops. Not to much little girl dresses but a selection. Their selection of bag toys were also color coded and come up for %50 off on there color sale day! I loved that! All and all I want say is "Thank you" to the thrift store that Threw me out of their store because of a Yelp review, yes my fellow Yelpers "I was thrown out for leaving a honest review" & I was singled out, and sought out, approached while shopping and told to leave the store, I was not the first to leave a review like it I did, if you look at other reviews before mine I was not the first to mention their "over pricing" not to mention the way customer are treated by Security omg! Scary! Please read my other reviews to see which thrift store threw me out For saying they are overpriced. And let all other reviews tell you were you might want to shop at or stay away from... like I said in my review previously "I'd rather travel 30 miles then pay the prices I have" at that other store And I donated to that store many times Savers My new "Go To Thrift store!" Love this place !! I find amazing deals here including brand new clothes with the original stores tags still on them for kids. Its usually very organized but there are always things out of place due to the lack of respect from the other patrons shopping and not watching their children. Huge selection but I don't understand why clothing from Forever 21 is expensive compared to other clothes. F21 clothes are cheap to begin with and you are better off buying the piece new for only a couple of bucks more. read more

This USED to be my favorite thrift store. My sister & I come here once a month, & usually spend hours in the store. We have always had a great experience, until today. First off, almost everything in here is stained, has food on it, or holes. I cannot even tell you how many items I had to put back, because they were damaged. Damaged & at full price may I add. I found a top that I really wanted. It was a powder blue, & it had tons of hot pink nail polish on the back of it. I know from past experience this doesn't come out, but I wanted it so I tried to remove the stains with a hand wipe I had in my pocket. BIG MISTAKE. An employee comes up to me almost instantly, & goes "hey is everything okay, whats wrong?". To which I responded, theres stains all over this sweater I wanted to buy. His friendly concern suddenly changed, he looks horrified & says, "OMG WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?, YOU CANT DO THIS! THIS IS NOT RIGHT! USING YOUR OWN PRODUCTS? YOU HAVE TO BUY IT FIRST! YOU CANT ALTER THIS! WRONG. THIS IS WRONG!" in his loudest voice possible. He basically went on to tell my sister & I how horrible we were, etc. He then snatched the shirt out of my hands, and my sister said well I cant still buy it? I'll buy the shirt. He snottily said "NOPE!" & took off with the shirt. He then continued to stare us down the remaining time. Im not sure if he was the manager or just a regular store employee. His shirt read "like I give a shirt" on the back, he was Hispanic, bald, & had facial hair. Just a heads up so you know who this "gentleman" is. My sister & I are GOOD people. We have never been in any sort of trouble, and always go the extra mile to help others out/make things right. We even donated 8 bags of clothing before we started our shopping tonight. We were completely horrified after this incident. I was so upset I wanted to cry. The return policy states you can only return if the tag is attached. The tag is made of paper so even if I purchased the item and tried to launder it, the tag would be destroyed and therefore "not suitable for return". I was planning on purchasing the item, but I wasn't even allowed to. Botton line is maybe I shouldn't have tried to remove the stain? Its never been a problem in the past, & Im tired of buying crap from here just to donate it back because the stain wont come out. Regardless, I will NOT tolerate being treated like this. This ruined my entire night, & my outlook on thrifting. Everyone in the store was watching, & I was completely embarrassed. You don't treat customers like this. Its rude, out of line, and unacceptable behavior. I have never been treated this rudely by an employee anywhere before. This takes the cake. I refuse to give this store any of my hard earned money when I am treated like a criminal over a $2 shirt. May I add this was the cheapest thing in my cart, as everything else was priced astronomically high (stains & all). This was my last time at what was my favorite thrift store. Great place to shop.. Fired for no reason. Would love to go back... but Don, and Paul didn't like me so they fired me. After a month shy of being there a whole year.. made the best announcements the store ever had.. did what I was told to do. Won even told me I take my job to serious who gets in trouble for that... wow customers loved me and so did my coworkers. Yes he says..Its Orange..fine, I go back today to find out since its a holiday the color of the previous week stays the same..What kind of shit is this? Just because its a holiday on Monday they decide to choose the day of the week the colors they use? Disgusting treatment of customers witnessed at more than one location. I saw two employees attack a woman because her kids where "touching" the Halloween costumes/props. She politely asked for a manager to clear things up and they not only refused, but told her to leave and never come back or they would call the police. On a separate occassion while shopping at a store, I experienced an episode brought on by a balance disorder / disability. It inhibits my ability to walk, causes disorientation & extreme nausea. Two staff came into the ladies room and demanded that I leave the store immediately. I tried to explain that I have a disability and was calling for help. I was snapped at and told that I had to leave because others were waiting to use the bathroom despite there being multiple stalls and no one in line to use them. When I was finally able to stablize enough to walk, I noticed that staff had taken my shopping cart. I made it halfway across the store floor toward the exit when two men ran up to me, one getting in my face (I was on the phone attempting to get medical help) yelling repeatedly in front of others customers that I was tresspassing and they were going to call the police. I did not raise my voice, but asked why I was being targeted and tried to tell this man that I was complying with his wishes. He spoke over me, and continued to follow and harrass me to the very end. I have never in my life been treated in such a disgusting, inhumane manner. This is clearly a culture issue, and potentially a very expensive one if they continue to treat people with disabilities in this way. read more

I recently went into this Savers location and I was not blown away, its mostly clean and organized, but not anything like my favorite thrift store that I always go to in Rialto, MEGA THRIFT STORE. Now Mega Thrift is always super clean and well organized and I love the huge selection of everything and anything. I'm excited to know that I never need any stamp cards or not purchase items because the items are priced too high. Plus if you donate its tax deductible and it benefits the Cancer Cure. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Last week I went into Mega Thrift looking for a car seat and I couldn't find one on the sales floor, so I asked the cashier and she checked in the stock room and found the perfect one for super cheap... it was my lucky day.....Oh yeah and if you look on there web site there is a 20% off coupon you can use anytime!!!!!!!! I love it there I definitely recommend 100%. They have sooo much stuff you cannot imagine, I always find a diamond in a pile of gems. A pretty big store with longer hours than most. I go to thrift stores mostly for clothes, and they have lots of them here. I like it because it's well organized by size, type of clothing etc. and the clothes aren't crammed onto the racks like some places. Also there are plenty of cashiers so the wait to check out is faster than most places. Also never had a problem with stains, damage etc. so they go over the stuff pretty well before they put it out. Prices are great. If you've never been to a thrift store before this one might make a believer out of you. read more

Going shopping at Savers requires a lot of time and energy, because you have to dig through the racks to find something good, but its worth it! I got three shirts and a pair of shoes, for great prices. The tops were all under five bucks and the shoes were eight. Everything was in good condition initially, but two of my three shirts ripped for no apparent reason within six months. I guess you get what you pay for! The store itself was dirty, but not enough to drive me out. Everything is organized by size and by sleeve (kind of) but other than that its pretty messy. A lot of the sizes are mixed together too. I only shopped for clothing, but it seemed like they had a good selection of objects in the back. Overall, good price, worth it, but some effort required. If you're tired, don't go here! read more

This Savers maybe clean, but the night employees are horrible! Rude, and disrespectful! Security follows you around, at 8:40 they're following you around saying their closing in 5 minutes, then they follow you around the whole entire time till you make a purchase. It's horrible, annoying, and they're practically right on you. A female worker kept brushing by me in a rude fashion, she was dashing back and forward putting clothes away, completely ignoring me. I don't suggest going to this location after 4PM. Not unless you want to feel VIOLATED, and DISRESPECTED. I'd rather go to the Salvation Army down the street. Which is pretty sad, I usually shop there 6 times a week. And many of my family members, but now no no no! Not until something happens with the employees, either retrained, or taught a course in how to deal with customers, and general human beings in general. Very disappointing. \ read more
