If you are looking for a hair artist who truly works magic, look no further than Lanh!…read more She was able to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment on a Sunday. Even though she was finishing up with the client before me, I barely had to wait at all when I arrived. I went with a wet cut (layers in the front with curtain bangs) and style, and I cannot recommend this option enough. Lanh is amazingly talented. She takes a look at your current hair situation, suggests what will actually look best, and is completely honest and realistic about your hair goals. The blowouts? Absolutely gorgeous! I honestly did not know my hair could look or feel this good. She removed almost all of my damaged ends, leaving my hair feeling healthier and looking so much more voluminous than before. I left the salon loving my cut so much. Lanh is officially my go-to!

As a busy working…read moremom, it's hard for me to find time for self-care, and getting my hair done every 3 months is usually the only thing I make time for. Because I don't get many opportunities to relax, I truly appreciate every appointment with Kayla. She's so gentle that I almost always end up taking a quick nap while she's doing my hair! My favorite part is when she washes my hair. Her amazing head and neck massage is such a relaxing treat. One thing I really love about Kayla is that she knows how to read her clients. She lets me enjoy the quiet and doesn't fill my time with unnecessary small talk like some salons do. Those few peaceful hours are exactly what I need. That's why I've stayed with her all these years and even followed her when she opened her own salon. I've also trusted her with my mom, my husband, my two boys, and several friends. They all love her work, and I always get compliments on my hair. On top of that, her salon is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. She's also incredibly thoughtful and always offers coffee or a drink to make her clients feel comfortable. My only advice: book your appointment well in advance because she's that good--and she's almost always fully booked!

I was lucky enough enough to secure an appointment with Shai. To be completely honest, as I walked to her chair- I thought to myself, "What are you doing?!" It was such a risk cutting my hair the day before my wedding by someone who had never touched my hair before. Shai quickly put me at ease. SHE IS INCREDIBLE. She listened to what I wanted, assessed my hair and was very clear in what she recommended. She gave me the most incredible haircut. My hair is now in bouncy bob with movement and I could not be happier. She gave me exactly what I wanted without me even knowing this is what I wanted. The salon is very clean and calm and has plenty of parking. They also have great hours and I believe even offer appointments on Mondays. Thank you SHAI, I can't wait to come see you again!!!

Woke up early today Saturday to take my mother for her first ever hair appt scheduled for 9. We get there 9:12 (i believe) and theres a stylist there already working. States the stylist Sarah is on her way. To me is a red flag as if youre doing color & highlights your station would at least be prepped already.. we waited sitting there till 9:45 hoping she would show up..never showed up. The stylist there was kind enough to call her again (no answer) and offered my mom help but i declined. We set this appointment up for her as we have a party later today and had the time slot specifically for this. Waste of time & waste of a drive to sit there for about 40 minutes hoping she would show. This literally ruined the day. Didnt get a follow up call or nothing. Like i said idk if its a schedule issue or something that i did on my end wrong? but i have the screenshot of the email & confirmation of the appt for today.

Given my hair history, I was particularly concerned about maintaining my hair health, and Kim was honest about what we could achieve and discussed the best approach with me. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the time and attention she gave my hair throughout the process. For the first time in many years, my scalp didn't feel irritated or tingly after a highlights and color service. That was a big deal for me! I also really enjoyed chatting with Kim throughout the appointment. She shared some inspiring stories from her life, and we had some lovely conversations about cooking, gardening, and movies. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left the salon really happy with my hair and grateful to have found someone who listens, is honest, and genuinely cares about the health of my hair. Thank you, Kim!

I've been to Johnny a few times now, and he's always been careful and meticulous with his work. My…read morebiggest--and really only--complaint is his timeliness. He's consistently late to appointments, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. It's usually at least 30 minutes, and there was even a time when he was more than an hour late. The frustrating part is that he isn't running behind because he's still with another client. He'll be out getting lunch or something and come back with a drink while I've been waiting. I find this really irresponsible, especially when I'm paying $100+ for a haircut that already takes at least 1.5 hours. I don't mind the length of the appointment at all when it starts on time, but the additional wait makes it difficult to plan anything around it. I'm always stressed because I either need to be somewhere afterward or I'm coming in after work, and he's regularly not ready until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I think my last appointment was the final straw for me. I had enough time to take myself out for brunch and even do a little shopping at Pacific Commons, and he was still an hour late. I really like his work, which is why I kept coming back despite the delays, but I won't be back for a while.
