Every time I've visited the store in the past, I was warmly welcomed and the salespeople went above and beyond. This year was a completely different experience. I visited the store and waited to be helped. One salesperson was sitting on the computer, two other salespeople were helping other customers check out. The owner's husband was working on unboxing items or wrapping items. Continue to wait and struck up a conversation with another customer waiting. We talked and a couple walked in. Immediately a salesperson comes out and begins helping them. Maybe they had an appointment? After ten minutes, another salesperson acknowledges me. She shows me a few pieces of jewelry. I was interested in one piece since the collection was being retired. I asked to place the item on hold. Normally, the salesperson will write down your name and contact info. I'm in the system so I know this is part of their process. This particular salesperson did none of that. I quickly realized she wasn't interested in making the sale or getting my info to hold the piece. Walked out and didn't return to make my purchase. So disappointed in this year's shopping experience. It's too bad they missed the mark this year because they usually are known to go above and beyond. Plus the owner always makes sure to stock a large inventory of hard to find Yurman pieces. I'll return but this time I'll make sure to make an appointment.

I asked if it was about $1,200 and the sales woman said "add a zero. That's an original." When I pushed that it was a reproduction and the original would be over $100,000, she again insisted in an indignant condescending manner that it was an original and asked "do you want to speak with the owner." She called the owner on a cell phone and asked for the price and I heard the owner say "14." The sales woman asked "14 what" and I heard the owner say "$1,400." At which point the sales woman said to me "you all have a nice day" and turned her back on me. Beware of fraudulent sales practices and a sales woman that will make a representation either intentionally false or not knowing if it is true or false (equivalent to the same fraud under the law)
