DR. MOBLEY and his staff are excellent. The front desk has been so nice when I call or come in…read morefor an appointment. You do need a referral to schedule an appointment with this Dr. Its his office rules. DR. MOBLEY Is very smart and is very experienced and knows is stuff and is willing to learn more. He knows about genetic mutations MTFHR. He is willing to listen about your unique problem and give you things to help make life a little easier. His Psychologist KiM is great she is a good listener and gives you good ideas to work on your lifestyle to help make your life better. They took me as a new Medicare patient with a referral from my out of state Psychiatrist.

So this was my first appointment and first experience with Dr Mobley. The reason for my visit was…read morefor a referral from QTC to be evaluated for disability for ending my time in service with the US Army. I showed up at 1pm but my appointments wasn't until 2:15pm. Figured maybe I'll get in and done early, or just explore my phone. 1:15 Rolls around.....nothing. 1:30 rolls around....nothing...1:45 and I'm finally called back. To a female to get initial evaluation. I talk to her until about 3, then I'm told to wait in the lobby for Dr Mobley. I wait until 4 and I addressed the front staff about being slightly agitated that I'd been here so long and folks showing up after me are being seen. She contacted Dr Mobley and around 4:30 I was called back. Took about 30 minutes and I was out of there. Wasn't a bad doc, just needs to get time management down.

I originally called GA Outreach after moving from Atlanta to Tybee Island. I am bi-polar and I have…read morebeen stable and on the same meds for more than 10 years. I asked for an appointment with the maintenance med nurse because i was not willing to entertain any other medications. Dr Negron I insisted I see him via TelePrompTer instead of nurse. He is 90+ years old and his wife is in background repeating what I am saying so he can understand. He tried to imply that Lamictal could be replaced with Geodon. I told him I tried it, it didn't work and if my meds were not broken, why change anything. He would only write a 30 day supply of maintenance meds so I would have to come back in 30 days at $275. I was not interested in seeing him again so I emailed Tuba (office admin) about replacing my next appointment with nurse instead of Dr Negron. On the 19th of October I was asked what day works bets for me to see the nurse. I made the appointment for November 4th because I knew I would run out of meds on Saturday, in particular was Cymbalta. Tube called at 5:15 on the 3rd to tell me that I cannot see the nurse, he is cancelling the appointment but can get me in on Monday....and Dr Negron WILL NOT CALL IN ANY MEDS UNTIL I SEE HIM. For those of you who don't know, Cymbalta has the most dramatic withdrawal of any medication on the market. There is a Mass Litigation against Cymbalta, in which they lost and are paying me out because by day #4, suicidal thoughts begin. I begged and pleaded with them to call in the Cymbalta. They did not return my calls or respond to my emails. I have to go to the ER today for 2 doses of Cymbalta so I don't have to go through the most debilitating withdrawal I've ever felt. Don't book any appointments with GA Outreach. They have no sense of reasonable care or will they have your health in mind if ever in a pinch. Please call me for more details about this practice. I'm reporting Dr Negron and I will sue him for causing emotional injury, which I can prove by that mass litigation win.

For almost two years his staff has stated he is not taking any patients yet the man still advertises his business. If you call you get a voice recording stating that the voice mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages and it hangs up on you and this is during business hours. The office looks very temporary and "fly by night". Phone calls are never (and I will repeat) never returned nor do the staff or Dr. Harris ever call you to answer any concerns you have. I have been waiting for an answer from Dr. Harris now for a month when his staff (most likely his wife at the front desk) stated he would call me back. Of course my calls result in just an answering machine during business hours.
