They have never opened late since I've been going and there haven't been any problems like the ones I've read about. If there have been any issue/delays it was completely out of their control. Sometimes things happen and we as humans need to do a better job at being patient and understanding. I have the best counselor, Crystal, here at MedMark that I've ever had in the 10+ years I've been going to these places. Ive been to many so I think I have a good grasp on how they work.
