"I am elevating this to priority status and we will take care of this for you." Nothing. Grass got so tall there were snakes roaming through the lawn. I then called and asked for a refund. "Of course, I'll put you down for a refund." That's all. No retention attempt, she just hung up. 3 weeks later we still didn't receive the $80 back. I contacted my lawyer, Ted Starr and he sent a letter demanding a refund. No response. This is fraud. Elderly abuse, or whatever you want to call it. They are DBA now as Royal Palms Lawn Care. I have photos and proof of my payment. This company is the worst.

I explained that the tree was on my roof and that I had solar panels that had brackets that had come loose as a result of the tree. He came out in the matter of a few hours and took care of The immediate danger of the oak tree on our roof and pool screen. He even brought some tar caulk to help with the bolt holes! The price exceeded our expectation, especially when prices tend to go up after a major storm. We will be calling him for our future tree trimming needs!

I canceled service today…read more Problems began in May when they only showed up one time for treatment and the end of the month. Grass was taller than I ever saw it. It's had been over a month since they came in April. I still paid my month because I had prepaid for 6 months at the end of the year. Once summer hit there was more issues of 2plus weeks in between service and not only that but they don't have a consistent service date which is frustrating. One day I text them saying that during the summer, it is standard practice to come weekly for services and they said to me that they were here, but left because my dog was outside, but I'm home at the house and nobody rang the doorbell so I went outside and they were gone already. I said if my dog is outside I'm clearly home as we don't have a full fence.. Then another time it had been over two weeks since treatment and they said they left because it was raining and that they would come back the following day which they did, but then they scalped my lawn, so close to the ground that it stressed out my Saint Augustine, so I let them know that this was unacceptable again and stressed that they should be coming weekly well here we are it's three weeks again and they have not showed up. They would use a weed whacker around my back yard I have many raised beds. So they took it as close as they could but killed parts of my lawn as you will see in pics below. I was also told they would pull weeds beds but didn't. There is a corner of my yard over grown with plants that they have refused to mow ffor some reason too. Picture below I did hire them to do irrigation and palm trees trimming those jobs were successful.

We agreed upon a cost he was able to schedule his crew to come out two days later. The timing was perfect for my needs. They cleaned up the tree and got rid of limbs as well as picked up piles of cuttings I had left behind and finished cleaning up a large bird of paradise for me. The crew was professional and got to work quickly upon their arrival. When I have to trim this tree again I'll definitely reach back out to TJ/ Floridian Tree Care.

I specifically told Tony that I wanted all the stump grinding waste removed at least 6" below grade to be ready for papers, he nodded like salesman do and we agreed on a price. On the morning his crew showed up I reminded him about the stump and he told me they don't grind the stump and I needed to tell the stump guy when he showed up later in the week. I should have canceled the job right then. The stump guy was pleasant but said he doesn't haul away thedirt/mulch but he'd try to grind 6" below grade. Anyway, I have been shoveling mulch for 2 months in this heat and am only 2/3 through the pile. Called Tony to see if they could help out if they a few minutes after a job , no luck, just so sorries! Sorry I trusted them and hired them on my bro in laws recommendation! Get it in writing! I told Tony during the walk through prior to quote that I wanted it below grade and the mulch removed, he just nodded! It wasn't until my yard was full of people and equipment that I was told you that someone else would grind the stump and leave the mess. Got quotes from 900 to 1600 to remove the waste. The $900 dollar crew showed up, filled a 4x8 trailer, I paid them 300 for the load. They called and said the couldn't finish the job without a loader. Wouldn't have accepted your bid in the first place had I been told I would be left with this debris. NOT INDUSTRY STANDARD TO FARM OUT GRINDING AND LEAVE A HUGE PILE OF DEBRIS IN BEACH PARK NEIGHBORHOODS!
