After dealing with Saunders I will go out of my way to ensure I don't buy a house they represent. We confirmed showing on Friday late afternoon for Sunday at 1230. We made the request on a Tuesday. Took three days to even get a response. Then at 10pm on Saturday get a text from the Saunders agent saying they can't show the house Sunday. No explanation nothing! Then my agent asks at all? Is there another time? No response. So on Sunday morning I call Saunders and speak to a very nice woman - Allison. I ask for a manager. I call back a couple hours later because she indicated she may be able to find someone to show me the house. When I call back she says she's transferring me to Vince. When I get transferred he answers as just - hi. I say hi I'm Kathryn. And he jumps into the owners said no they have guests. I say that's fine and I understand plans change and as I'm about to ask when can we see it. He jumps into there's nothing I can do. I say well you should have given a reason when you cancelled and let my agent know. He texted you back and you didn't respond. He then stated getting even angrier and saying well I did respond your agent didn't like the timeframe I responded in and started yelling at me so horribly that I had no choice but to hang up on him. I was literally verbally accosted and all I wanted was to find a new time to see the house. The house I want to buy that he will get commission from! I certainly won't be going to see the house now and additionally won't be buying any house that Saunders represents even if it's my dream home! Saunders you have Victor Horsacitas to thank. Never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely. Good luck selling your properties with this kind of customer service. How does one give negative stars. read more

STAY AWAY!!! If I was able to leave a review with 0 starts I would have. Hollie Fowler rented my home to a family without running a credit check, background check, or asking for any referrals from previous landlords. The first 2 payments were 30 days late and one check was returned NSF. They made one more payment and that was it ! Nobody at Saunders would help me. Not Hollie Fowler the broker who rented my home or Theresa Quigley the Managing Director and General Counsel. They said their job was done and I would need to get an attorney. Needless to say 16 months later the tenants are still in my home and haven't paid a dime since. Saunders itself may be alright, but its broker FAYE WEISBERG is absolutely awful. She will lie, forge signatures, and cheat in order to save her ass and make a penny. She will not put anything in writing so that you can't go back and call her out on her lies, so if you work with her make sure to get everything IN WRITING. Do not trust anything she says, she will go behind your back in a SECOND. I've had a horrible experience with her and have only heard worse. Sorry, Saunders, for the bad review, but as long as you have Faye Weisberg employed you will be liable for her actions and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more of these to come. read more
