Not only did he not offer a dime back the office didn't even mail a sympathy card. For a professional in the business for so long who works with the elderly "helping" families you would think a card at the very very least would be mailed. Nothing. My professional opinion: don't waste your money, or time. Rehabs and/or ALF's have case workers who will help you as part of their job and will show empathy and support. The lack of empathy, and unprofessionalizm is not ok and not worth adding to the already overwhelming stressful session of life.
