They called me and told me that the car was repaired and working fine. After I paid for the repairs, including $300 over my deductible, the insurance paid the balance, they told me to go get my car which was parked on the street. No technician brought the car to me, they had me walk to get my car, and the reason was when I started the car, every warming light came on. They told me it was unfortunate that the car is not working now but it was working when they called me this morning! They knew my car was not working but they had me pay first and then go retrieve my car myself so that I could find out that it was "no longer working." Ladies make sure you do not pay before they drive your car to you! I will revise this complaint, if and when they fix my car!

I sent pictures and Josh immediately texted back with a "I think we can do this!" We were thrilled bc spending 6 digits on an RV, you are wanting solutions! We drove over on a Monday , southern Creve Cour/just n of I474. First impression walking into shop, SO CLEAN you KNEW this shop/crew cared/took pride in their workplace...it also tells you the work should be just as caring too...Josh came right out, shook our hands and sd let's take a look...looked and got under/around and smiled and sd I think we can do this! He quoted me a bargain price as he described his plan to fix...his plan was an honest and efficient. I can't tell you how grateful we were to hear they're just doing their best for the customer! We left RV there and Josh sd he would take of it. To our surprise, he called later next day to say they finished! Explaining he found it a faster fix than he thought (less paint/cutting etc) and he saved us even more! We went to pick up, Josh came out and met us in front lot, showed work, GUARANTEED our happiness or come back! We paid and drove away thrilled! Now the ONLY disappointment is we (hopefully) won't see Josh again :( ...nobody wants to have to 'see' the collision/autobody lol...but at least IF we ever need bodywork on ANY car or RV, Mid-Illini Collision Center IS your shop you need to complete your work, period!

I brought my car here after it got hit in my parking lot. The team was amazing! Erick walked around…read moremy car with me taking detailed pictures and explaining the entire repair process so I would know what was happening. They worked with my insurance to make sure the claim covered the full amount (minus my deductible) of the repairs and were always quick to answer any questions or help. Biggest part for me was how they went above and beyond. When trying to figure out how to pick up my repaired car, schedules weren't aligning well (too many work meetings) so the team dropped my car off to my door! It was clear the inside and outside of my car had been detailed, not the usual quick car wash you get, and they were even doing touch ups with a rag as I went outside to grab the keys. The guys are polite and helpful and they said that I got a free car detail with my work. I will never take my car anywhere else. I was also able to see some of the custom work they were doing and it was amazing so check them out for that too!

only doing 2 starts cause they're harder to remove, these ppl really deserve NO STARS. i went…read morethere to get my coolant tank fixed on a buick encore (brand new car btw, got it about a month in advance), they had my car for a little over a month and a half, i called multiple times and every time i called the lady who answered had told me "they're working on it now, it should be done by the end of the week" i was told this for 3 weeks straight. so, i went up there to check, AND THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT! the guy i spoke with, Rick, was a complete a-hole!! i went with my brother and i feel if he was not there, rick would've been way more disrespectful. i called one more time, about a week after i went up to check on it, and they said they found more problems with my car and it would take longer to fix. i didn't buy it. looking back, i should have asked what they found cause that was probably a lie too. anyways, when my car was FINALLY done 3 weeks later, i was driving back home, and my check engine light popped on, THE SAME DAY I GOT IT BACK!! They also messed with my auto-start, my brakes, and something else, cause for some reason it keeps cutting off. as i said earlier, i got my car abt a month before it was in their shop, it was running perfect, brakes were awesome, auto-start worked every time, and my car stayed on the whole time! honestly, i would NOT recommend anyone to go here. they will rip you off, play in your face for MONTHS, lie to you, and make your car worse than it was before. btw, i was charged $3,500 just for them to do absolutely NOTHING.
