I had Saucy Lito's at Track 7, their other food truck had fallen through and Saucy Lito's came to the rescue for all of the hungry beer drinkers like me. At first it was a one man show, ordering, cooking and getting the food out to customers and he was doing it all with a smile. Luckily some back up came a bit later and made things a lot easier for them but you could tell they were excited to be serving up delicious food, even on a last minute's notice. I ordered with some friends and together we got buffalo boneless wings, bbq boneless wings and a sandwich along with the Parmesan fries. Everything came out nice and hot and the sauces were tasty. The crinkle cut fries blew us away, perfectly seasoned and crispy. The sandwich was huge and loaded with toppings and the boneless wings were much bigger portion than we were expecting and had the perfect ratio of sauce/breading/chicken. They were out of the traditional (bone-in) wings since they filled in last minute but I cannot wait to try those as well. read more

Great menu, great food, even better customer service. Saucy Lito's where at Tower Brewing on Friday night so we have them a shot. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings. Unfortunately they were out of bone in wings, but no worries, bone less it is. My wife wanted the Kalbi short ribs basket. 8 minutes later our food was ready. Instead of getting the shirt rib basket I was given the short rib sandwich. I told him I ordered the basket and not the sandwich. Both gentlemen were very apologetic and told me to keep the sandwich on them and they would make a basket. A few minutes later the basket was ready. They threw on a few extra short ribs to apologize even more. The food was really good. The boneless wings were not over down, and the short ribs were outstanding. Through on top the great attitudes by the guys in the truck and you've got a 5 star truck. I look forward to trying some more food from them. read more

My family & I ate here when they were parked at SacYard. I was actually quite excited to try some spicy fried chicken. The food was good, but nothing amazing. But that's kinda what I've come to expect with food truck dishes. The portion sizes were small and a lot of the wings we got were extremely over sauced. They also didn't have any silverware to offer which blew my mind. It made for eating an even messier event than I was hoping for. Prices were also high (once again as expected from a food truck). In the end, my meal was ok. I think the actual act of eating it & struggling to keep clean hurt the overall experience. My husband and his friend took me to a beer festival and Saucy Lito's food truck was there. There was a huuuge line but it was worth the wait!! We got a BLT, two burgers, boneless buffalo wings, garlics fries, and buffalo fries!!! Everything was amazing!! The BLT was the BEST BLT my husband and I had ever tried!!! The wings were absolutely delicious! Their special sauce on their sandwiches made everything extra delicious!!! Above all, the customer service was SUPERB!! Zach treated us like royalty!! Pass on this. Wings were meh. I did forget to ask for them well done (don't like mushy wings), but no matter, as the sauce was boring (there was no tang and no bbq to the tangy bbq sauce I ordered) The fries were squishy and not salty either. Whatever blue cheese they use is tasty though. So there's that. I'm not opposed to trying them again maybe a different menu item in a less chaotic environment, but my first visit has left me wishing I went elsewhere. Came here to Track 7 brewery for the first time and seen the food truck with my wife and we loved the menu and how it was setup. The guys were very cool and energetic. I ordered super nachos and bacon cheddar fries MMMmm sounds good. The order came out pretty quick. Guys work fast. The fries were crunchy and full of bacon on top and cheese. oww yeah hit the spot. My husband and I went to Track 7 in Natomas for a beer on 12/23. SL was there and it was smelling awesome! We decided to get some wings! They didn't have any bone-in wings on-hand (to their credit, they received a call at the last second requesting to come to Track 7). Cool, I got the poppers. Transaction went great, poppers were tasty (I got a BBQ sauce of some kind). I ordered a ranch to go with the poppers. When the order was paid for, I should have asked for a receipt. I didn't. When we dove into the wings, I saw the ranch wasn't there. I walked back up and asked for the ranch I ordered, and was told it was $1.00. It wasn't listed on the menu that it cost a dollar...but okay, that's fine. I said I ordered it with the wings...no dice. I yelled over at my husband asking if he had a buck. He said no. The transaction to run a credit or debit card is $0.50. For the fact that I asked for it originally and it was left off the order...then to now have to buy a ranch for a $1, then get charged $0.50...wow. Is there no Christmas spirit??? It was red & chicken stencil & 'lito' (i think i had my buzz on). They had mac and cheese which i got for the nephew. should have gotten him some wings too. 1st, the people were friendly.. I ordered Garlic Parm Poppers - Sounds amazing.. but the result was extremely salty.. to the point I couldn't taste anything but salt.. I saw other reviews here with the same feedback so I'm guessing it's not an accidental over salting. The sauce was pooled in the bottom of the container and got all over the fries, making the fries overly salty as well. I usually like salty fries, but this was over done.. so $14 for food I couldn't eat much of.. disappointing :( read more

Very bad quality, overpriced. Had this for the first/last time at Goathouse today. My main complaint is the quality - the price is also outrageous. I would have been more okay with the price had this been the delicious food I expected. Hence my actually ordering. We ordered boneless wings and nachos. Why did we buy nachos from a wing place, anyway? It was the only option. We were a captive audience. Anyway - Boneless wings were over-breaded and over-cooked. The fries, conversely, were soggy, pale little things. Even though you just paid $8 for a kids meal, it's going to be $1 more for sauce...from "Saucy" Lito's! The sauce was butter and franks. Classic buffalo sauce to be sure. But not worth $1...or the name of a business. The Nachos were a disgusting disappointment. These were just yellow corn chips with 1) 1/4 Cup canned nacho cheese, 2) 2Tbs of finely shredded Mexican cheese blend sprinkled as garnish, 3) yesterday's hamburger patty coarsely copped, 4) 1Tbs Pace picante in the corner. Saucy Litos showed up for the first time out of nowhere to Food Truck Fridays off Kilgore in Rancho Cordova two weeks ago, me and one of my coworkers decided to try them out. I had the Buffalo Fries, then ordered a main dish from another truck. Those fries were so good, I could tell the fries never hit any freezer. They were not soggy, not oily, not saturated with grease. They were fresh and they were really freakin good. They came back out today and I had the Garlic Fries and Burger. The burger was ridiculously good. Sure I putting three star but to me really worth of TWO STAR! Here is why! I saw yes, child menu! Anyone reading this, I say Pediatric menu, that Sacra hotel you knowing where, you knowing when, you knowing who, knows why, I will say in front them but not other places! Okay, so Pediatric menu, yes ah yes! Chicken dish, supposed be $8.00, okay so ten dollar plus change should be enough! Now, another lady order same dish for her child, they charged $9.00, uh oh, bells go off there! I ask, them, "She used her credit card! Any orders on credit card gets charged the $1.00 more!" I almost hesitant, they say if cash is the eight dollar! So I have the dish! Not very good, more of the fries than the chicken! I wasted most, just way too salty! I reading other comments, at time was twenty eight comments! Twenty six of the twenty eight comments saying also of way too salty, or saying of way too greasy! Yes I volunteered at C I M! You would think for the runners of different events, there be healthier options! Different events, the Saturday was three different, the Sunday was actual of C I M! Delicious!! I got the classic buffalo chicken strips & garlic fries, and WHOA the flavor! The fries were great - just crispy enough, and each bite had the perfect amount of garlic and parm. The buffalo chicken strips were crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. Will definitely be visiting this truck again soon. They came to my job for the first time and it was ok. I got 5 chicken wings with Cajun seasoning on them. The wings were ok. The Cajun seasoning was a bit salty, and tasted like a store bought seasoning like Lawry's ( I do not eat a lot of salty foods so things ate sometimes more salty to me. Approach with caution). The other downside is the price. The 5 wings were $10, no sides or drinks included and 10 wings are $15. It would be better to get at least some fries when you can get wings in town for cheaper than this truck. If they come back, I'll try them again. They've got sandwiches and other options. That may be worth their pricing more. read more

Heard about how great the wings were while visiting GoatHouse Brewey which we love. We brought some friends and the guys got wings and us gals got the BLT. Guys said wings were just okay. BLT's came on a dried out bun thing. Sliced sourdough would have been much better. Oven cooked bacon would have been much better as well. Bacon was rubbery on the ends and curled up, not crisp. An avocado option would be nice, but we get it if not. One piece of lettuce on the sandwich. The garlic fries sounded sooo good so we all got them. No one ate theirs. They were soggy and heaps of chopped garlic were on top. Garlic didn't taste cooked. Don't waste your time on the garlic fries. Maybe the burger would be a better choice? Or better yet, eat lunch before you go and enjoy some great beer! read more
