A really spacey designed gym located in an old trolley depot. A great ceiling height planned in…read moredifferent levels, gives this gym a nice airy atmosphere. They have a big focus area for free weights with lots of barbells to get the squats going. But also a cardio section, all the necessary machines and some stretching areas.They also have lots of different classes for the one who needs some extra pushing. In the reception they have a "Squeezed up" bar where you can order freshly made proteinshakes and some light food. As many places, you should avoid peak hours around 5-7pm if you dont wanna fight for your right. This is a trendier gym where most ppl done training to a religion, but not yet gone to far. Which means you probably wont encounter a lot of "the great white" guys here. So if that sounds like a fit, ass to the grass, and get the pump going!

This is a below average size facility in the Fitness 24 Seven chain of gyms. It's not a Plus…read morefacility so there are no classes. They have a handful of cardio machines, some weight lifting machines and a rather small free weight area. The locker room is tiny, but then this gym isn't as crowded as inner city gyms are either. The equipment is in good condition and he place feels tidy and welcoming. Not as nice as the places in the central parts of Stockholm but a good "local branch". What's nice is that it has more windows than most gyms so the sunshine really comes in. I like that.

This is one of the newer additions to the SATS gym chain, SATS Globen has been replaced with this…read morenew place. The building is part of the historical "slaughter house" area. The building has on the inside been replaced with an entirely new interior (no need the think of silence of the lambs!). The reception area is small and women's lockers are situated in your back while the gents are inside to the right, up a stair. The gym has one spinning area and one bigger training hall - as I could discern plus gym etc. all brand new, with the latest products. It doesn't however have the Les Mills smart bar but anothe, weaker structure. There's also a balcony outside with additional machines and equipment. An additional minus and plus: - A note for the person using a wheelchair: the accessible lavatory is outside the gents, and you'll need to take an elevator there. + This is the first gym I've seen where there is a shower curtain available in one of the showers - good for the trans person visiting.

One of the centers with the new concept spread out over several floors. Its not the spot you just…read morerun past when strolling around, but once you found it, you will probably go again. You can go here by car, and although they have around 20 reserved spots for the gym, its hard to snatch one of them. The gym has a big cell area where you can go nuts with the barbells and crossfit-styled training. And on the second floor they have a cardio section and lots of machines and dumbells. You shouldnt be missing any vital equipment to get the work done, so you will have to come up with another excuse if you are not sweaty in the end. The mens changing rooms are big and you can top it all off in the sauna once you wrap it for the day.
