I watched on the camera app (which is very grainy and has no sound) and the teachers would literally just ignore him. There's no cameras outside and I had enough of this place when I surprise picked him up and he was sitting outside in the heat next to the door scream crying and no one was paying him any attention. They said he had been crying the whole time. I literally can't believe it. Pick him up! Nurture him! Help him feel safe! Instead they took away his stuffed animal puppy and just let him cry. Sending my 18 month old boy to this place is my biggest regret as a parent so far.

I enrolled my now 1.5 year old into their swim program(she started when she maybe 8 months old?) just so she can be comfortable being in the water and know how to survive essentially and she loves it (for the most part haha) We go every once a week to bring more awareness to water and learn to be safe around any sort of body of water! Scheduling is super easy and the staff there is ALWAYS amazing and helpful! I enjoy seeing the usual people there always positive and joyful always! - shout out to Dylan, Julia, Isabella, Eduardo and Brooke for being Lily's usual rotation of instructors to keep things pretty consistent for her! If not, there was a golf cart shuttle that traveled between upper and lower campus that can pick you up. Upon building entrance, you are greeted by an information desk. My room just happened to be located next to this desk. Instructor - Austin Alonzo- regional director for vision, hearing, and spine for the school systems, taught both classes I took over two consecutive days. Excellent instructor and resource for any questions you may have! Courses were well presented- clear, great visual guides, time allotted for any questions/breaks, a practicum, and written test. He also emailed us the digital instruction books, awesome! My certification will be valid now for the next 5 years, thank you!
