They responded that they could provide the ride at the correct time but I didn't notice until A few days before that they had the wrong date. I responded by email asking them to confirm that the date was today and they responded with a vague message saying reservation is confirmed. I sent them another email requesting whether they could also pick us up from the airport on a return trip and making sure that they had the correct date. They never responded. I called them the night before the trip asking the same thing-no response. When they didn't show up at 4:45 in the morning when they were supposed to, I called again and the gentleman that answered the phone apologized and said nobody told him about it and that he was in Kent city. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport and will have over $200 in airport parking fees thanks to their non-responsiveness. Obviously will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Cons: Most drivers are seriously underpaid and undervalued. They are not equipped to deal with violent or unruly customers. So, if you ever get harassed or accosted or assaulted, you're kinda on your own. And if you write a detailed report to customer support nowadays, they don't do anything. People vape all the time on the bus and no one does anything so hopefully you don't have respiratory issues. Depending on the driver, sometimes they speed. Depending on the route, sometimes it's dirty. (Have seen roaches before). Good luck.
