Love coming here. Great Japanese cuisine in Leon. Great place for a weekday family dinner, special celebration or business meal. Service was a bit on the slower side, seemed like they were not prepared for so many people on a Tuesday night. It's so nice to eat in their outdoor patio with the cool breeze. I was taken here for a business lunch and my oh my was it great! The whole complex has multiple places to eat for every type of cuisine. Sato was a Hibachi style restaurant, that also has a sushi bar. This place is made for intimate conversation or discussion and thus is perfect for a date, a family outing, or in my case a business lunch. We started with several sushi rolls, and it was by far the best tasting sushi I've had in Mexico. They have excellent, fresh fish combined with innovative and striking flavors that really brought the sushi to another level. The hibachi itself had a skilled and entertaining chef, and I got to practice my Spanish skills in a fun environment. The best part of the whole meal was the chicharrones hibachi that was made from the fat of our beef steak hibachi. By far the chicharrones was the best hibachi I've had and it was fun to experience the Mexican-Japanese fusion.
