If I could give them 0 stars I would…read more From July 30th till September 16th I have experienced unexplained delays, lack of transparency, and no accountability. On July 30th, I was told my item would be shipped to my address within 30 days. However, it is now September 16th and I was told the process was never initiated AND my item still needs to be reviewed with internal partners for an update that will take 7-10 more business days. When I requested basic information such as the current location of my item, the applicable commission rate for compensation if they misplaced it , and a reason of what went wrong the company and its staff responded that they have "no further updates" on either point. I have not received confirmation that my item is accounted for, what the next steps actually are, or who is responsible for resolving this. They keep re-sending the same emails and not answering a single question. This is not the level of service or security I expect when entrusting someone with my valuable personal property. At this point, I have no visibility into where my item is, what is being done about it, or what I will be compensated if they cannot process it. Their consignment concierge team of Jasmyne, Mika, and Toya are unprofessional, careless, and simply awful. I regret that I ever came across them and pray to God no one ever has the same experience I've had. Hopefully I get my item back or that's $1800 down the drain because of their carelessness and irresponsibility. I'm truly sick to my stomach.

I purchased a pale pink/nude-toned dress that was a poly-chiffon. It had a rouched top with a pleated skirt. It was $76 (regular price!) and an appropriate length. They also have a variety of cute tops and casual dresses. It's trendy but not too much. Although, the sizing is more like junior sizing so you may find yourself in between sizes. I appreciate the coupons they have on their website and facebook page. I got $10 off of my purchase because of that.
