I needed a cake delivered to my sister and her husband for their virtual baby shower. I accidentally waited until I only had a week left. Fortunately, Sassy Cakes was able to make them a beautiful (and reportedly delicious--we picked lemon cake with raspberry filling) cake. Online ordering was VERY easy and straight forward. Delivery was smooth and as expected. I am so grateful to Jazmine and the entire team at Sassy Cakes for making something so special for my sister. If you're ever in need of a cake in the Naples area, this should be your first stop! I can't wait until I can make it down there to taste their creations in person! read more

For the price it's totally worth it. While the cake isn't as sweet as I was hoping everyone loved it ( I am a sweet tooth and like everything overly sweet so guess I was the oddball lol) I look forward to ordering again the girl that helped us was wonderful in answering all our questions. I was very very happy and will be ordering from here again for my daughter's bday and every birthday and important occasion. Definitely recommend this little shop. It smells super sweet inside and gives you that small town feel. I love it. Okay I am done rambling now haha. read more

Best mini cupcakes hands down. Ever. Sassy Cakes did a variety of mini cupcakes and adorable honeypot cake for my baby shower this weekend. The detail on the cake was phenomenal and the lemon blueberry flavor YUM! I will be using them throughout my daughter's growing life for future birthdays etc! read more

I can not compliment Sassy Cakes enough. When I called to see how I can get a birthday cake for my mother during these unique times, I was greeted with such a great attitude and great suggestions. With their help, we picked out the perfect cake and was provided the guidance on how she could get it from them. Not only was the ordering experience great, my mom (and dad - she did share some with him) could not rave on how beautiful and (even more some) delicious the cake was. Thank you for helping me and my siblings celebrate our mother's birthday from afar! read more

I found Sassy Cakes online before heading to Naples from Chicago. I placed an order online hoping that I found a good place. I let my daughter decide the flavors and I added a note that it was her "golden" birthday and asked if they could incorporate gold somehow in my note. I can honestly say I was BLOWN AWAY! The cake was not only BEAUTIFUL but was also DELICIOUS. The entire experience was super easy and efficient. We are big fans of Sassy Cakes now and plan to order whenever we are down in Naples! Thank you so much!! #eatmorecake read more

We ordered a cake for my daughter's gender reveal based off a recommendation from one of my coworkers. I have to say, it was very disappointing. The cake was $140 for one tier and was very dry. The icing on the outside was very good and had a great flavor, but on the inside it just tasted like it came from a can. We added decorations, just to make it look more appealing. Kinda disappointing to be honest I expected better from this company. read more

Came here for a wedding cake tasting, and while we did not purchase our cake from here, we had a great experience! Jazmine is super sweet, and she gave us a ton of cake! She also let us start our tasting about 30 min early which was super helpful. We got to choose 4 cakes and 4 fillings to try, and she set it up so that the cakes and fillings were separate, making them easy to mix and match. She gave each of us a full cupcake of each flavor which may not sound impressive, but that's a lot of cake compared to the other tastings we had! Our favorite cakes were the carrot and the brown sugar. Overall, great cake, and would recommend to give sassy cakes a try! read more

I communicated with Jazmine via email, and another shop employee via phone, to order a custom cake. I was visiting Naples from Chicago with my family and celebrating a birthday. I sent inspiration photos and Jazmine's team ran with my design and created a beautiful cake. The birthday girl absolutely loved it. Easily accessible location in downtown Naples. I just went with classic vanilla with buttercream frosting and it was delicious. Sat in the fridge overnight. It is a bit of a dense cake (which might not be everyone's favorite), reminded us of classic wedding cake, and absolutely delicious. Thank you Sassy Cakes! read more

Ordered a flavored cake from their brochure and the cake was not at all what I ordered. We found out after cutting into it. It was just a layer of chocolate and vanilla. They said they don't make flavored cakes, yet it was in their brochure. When we brought it to their attention, they were unwilling to compensate us for the cake. They said it was a miscommunication, which is BS because their brochure states they can make a strawberry cake. Instead, we got a vanilla cake with some sliced strawberries. I will never go there again. Bad customer service and bad business. What makes more business sense, to compensate me for a full refund and I would try them again but make sure it was clearly communicated what kind of cake I would get, or to not do anything, have me write a bad review on Google and never go there again, as well as tell all of my friends not to go there? read more

I think Sassy Cakes is a great cupcake shop in the heart of downtown Naples. Their cupcakes are very moist and have a perfect balance between the cake and the icing. Bayah, the owner is so welcoming that I always want to come back. The cookie dough cupcake is absolutely delicious! read more

As a cupcake enthusiast who has been to every other shop in town, this is hands down my favorite. The flavors are unique, and the five or six I've tried so far have all been top notch cupcakes. The location may be small and it seems the owner is also the only worker, but it is definitely worth a visit for locals and tourists alike. They were even featured on Cupcake Wars on Food Network a couple years ago. read more

Just stopped in to cure my sweet tooth and discovered a great place. They have a great carrot cup cake, it was very moist with a great balance of flavors and a very good icing, not too sweet not too bitter from the cream cheese. I also picked up caramel cup cake, all I can say is if you like caramel them this is for you perfect flavor and almost too sweet but the dash of sea salt in the icing steals the show. Great service and great cakes, just north of south 5th ave can't wait to go back read more

Absolutely amazing. My girlfriend took a picture of my roman mastiff in to have it put on my bday cake and they did an amazing job. First time having sassy cakes....they truly looked delish but I was a little disappointed in the icing flavor. The cake was moist and crumbles when it's cut but the icing was not what I expected in taste. The cream cheese icing lacked the cream cheese flavor and tasted nothing but butter so did the strawberry icing. Overall not a horrible cupcake but I think there needs to be a little tweaking in the icing department. Way too much butter read more

Our 10 year old granddaughter is gluten sensitive. We have tried a few gluten free bakeries in the past. Most of the cakes were so dense. She did not care for them at all. HOWEVER! My experience with Sassy Cakes was not to pleasant, just right down sucked. I could have bought a better cake a Wal-Mart or Publix. The owner did give me 1/2 credit back and when I went back to use it a dozen of Cup Cakes were 37.00 BTW they sucked too . I guess I will go to Walmart read more

My boyfriend has Celiac Disease and so for his birthday last week I ordered a 6" gluten-free chocolate cake with peanut butter icing and it was SENSATIONAL. Everyone that tried it said it was probably the best cake they had ever had, gluten-free or not! And I completely agree! Jasmine was SO sweet and a pleasure to deal with. We chose Sassy Cakes for our wedding recently and we couldn't have been happier. Jazmine was always quick to respond to me from setting up a tasting to the small minuet details of the cupcake toppers. Sassy cakes allows you to have different options like cakes, cupcakes, or even mini cupcakes. I loved the idea to be able to have a bunch of mini cupcakes so my guests could be able to try the awesome different flavors. Everyone LOVED them. I also didn't have to worry about anything after selection because Jazmine dropped off the cupcakes and even set them up for me. I would highly recommend Sassy Cakes if you want delicious cupcakes and a friendly person to help! read more

My fiance and I were planning on using Sassy Cakes in Naples for our wedding in July. We even had our order made, and plans for the event at the time of our tasting last August. We asked about a contract and she said she would email us with details. We never heard from her and tried emailing her again. Well now it's 3 months until the big day and I recieved an email from her that her business is closed in July. Wow, what a way to do business. I would not recommend this place do to it's unreliable owner & she seems to be the only worker. You might as well go somewhere where they actually care about your event and take the time to follow up. This lady lacks communication and professionalism. read more

This store is pretty hard to find, it is in the back of a building and my gps gave me a strange route. When we did finally find it around 1 on a Saturday, their were only 12 cupcakes left, 5 flavors. I got half s dozen- cookies and cream, strawberry, snickers, chocolate and vanilla. I was sad they were out of caramel. Their cake is flavorful but it was a bit dry and crumbly, they were probably a bit older than normal. The buttercream was very good, buttery and not too sweet. I didn't like the strawberry frosting it tasted like maybe there was strawberry flavoring added instead of actual strawberries. The cake itself had cut up strawberries and that was tasty. The favorite was the cookies and cream cupcake, the frosting was perfect. I think if you order them special and fresh they would 100% be a perfect ten. They are the right size and decorated well. I may have just went on the end of their weekend when the selection was a bit less than normal. Very cute shop with a very nice friendly employee. read more

I was not satisfied with the cupcakes that I placed an order for. I showed them a picture and gave them very specific instructions and yet when I picked up my cupcakes they were not what I had asked for.
