At that time i had not received any of my order to my home. It had been over 2 weeks. Thank goodness my daughter had got help form Jewel so when i had called the store to try to get inform Jewel remember who we were and told me to come in and she will go over everything with me and make shore it was all takin care of. If it was not for Jewel I would have canceled a $350 order and would have not keep buying more. She is such a good saleswoman she got me for another $200 in store since I was having a hard time on the website. Since Hot Topic is changing over systems. Not only does she know her customs she goes out of her way to make shore everything was taking care of. Hot Topic really should reach out to Jewel and tell her that they know she is doing an amazing job. Thank you for all your help I don't know what I would have done if I keep playing phone games with customer support and not getting NO answers!

It seems things run big in the brand. I tried on a size 2 skirt and it felt big on me. Even my XS blouses weren't particularly constricting on me. Definitely good traditional office wear on the cheap, though. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping in (particularly if you're a woman).

You know what - customers should have a little more respect and common courtesy then the store wouldn't be so bad. You know what? None of that stopped me from finding exactly what I came in for - and more! I came up to stay with my family to escape the hurricane in Florida and I needed some extra clothes. I needed a pair of jeans and some light weight long sleeve shirts for the cooler nights up here. As soon as I walked in, there was a table of long sleeve light weight cotton shirts for $8. I got 4 - the color selections were plentiful. I found an entire wall of jeans and was able to find several styles in my size. I got 2 pair I also got a super cute graphic Tee, a sports bra and 2 tank tops. All of that for $120 and I had a 30% off coupon - Double Score!!! Bottom Line: You want a clean, well kept store? Go to a high end store and spend $30 on your tee shirts and the dressing room will be nice and the attendants will be attentive. Want to run in and get some inexpensive, basically disposal extras for a great price? This place took care of all MY needs ;-)
