I showed up for my 2:00 today and waited and waited till 2:20 to find out she wasn't even in her room. After several text messages to her, she finally got back to me saying I didn't have an appointment.. So I screen shot our appointment confirmation and she said she forgot to write it down and just asks if I want to reschedule. I lost 100.00 because I couldn't train my 2 clients. Lisa never offered me a discount or even offer anything. Bad business practice. If I ever did that to a client I would be VERY apologetic and offer a FREE session. Lisa never did that! read more

I had an appointment with Lisa and my baby sitter for my two year old cancelled an hour before. I in no way encourage toddlers to tag along to your eyelash app and this was a last minute tragedy in my book. However, Lisa voiced her concerns talked everything over with me and she gave me the choice to bring him. I figured he could watch a movie and Lisa was so accommodating for that. BUT, like i said moms get a sitter and let yourself have the hour to relax and enjoy the back of your eyelids. My lashes look perfect and my son and I even got in a little nap which is a rarity in our home! I'm very excited to be a new client here and will highly recommend her for beautiful lashes. read more
