Just a few months later we find that they tripled the cost of the bill , supposedly due to interest, and turned it into collections without sending us anything. It is never ok to be disrespectful to a patient regardless of what their concerns are. The next doctor she has seen identified the issue very easily so either these people don't know what they are doing or have an issue with treating all patients equally. I hope no one else has to feel this way when dealing with what are supposed to be medical professionals
