Our project involved ripping out 6 old smelly cedar lined closet walls and ceilings dating back to 1927 along with the plaster and lat behind, then putting up new insulation and fresh sheet rock and paint. This was a multi-day job. When they left on day one, the crew spent about 45-60 minutes cleaning up after themselves. This thorough cleanup continued every day. We couldn't be happier with the results of the work and the quoted price which they stuck to. Max and Judith were punctual and friendly, finished on time, and didn't disappear for days on end like some contractors seem to do. We highly recommend Jumax and will use them on future projects.

I needed to replace my roof and called several contractors. A few never returned my calls and one contractor after two meetings never brought ay materials for me to select colors for shingles. Two contractors measured the roof by walking around my house, never did anyone go on the roof with a ladder to investigate any additional work that might be needed. Both contractors were interested in under bidding their competitor to get the job. Finally, in asking about licensing requirements to begin work, I was told it wasn't really necessary. The project manager, Mr. Vincent Cueva was extremely helpful by explaining materials to be used , time line, licensing requirement and the selection colors of shingles. When t came to cost, I need not tell you that replacing a roof is expensive. Mr. Cueva worked with us and made it affordable to have this project completed without financing. The workers were neat and reliable. After the job was completed, Mr. Cueva continued to check with us about any concerns we may have about the roof. The owner, Sam, aims at quality work, is responsive and has always tried to fit in with busy client and resident schedules and complete work safely mostly on time and occasionally ahead of schedule. When he or his crew have missed something, Sam takes feedback well, never argues the point, and with good cheer quickly makes the job right and I find that quality not so common among contractors. Residents report that his crew is polite and courteous to them in the hallways, which makes it more pleasant offsetting the general hassles of having work done in one's home or hallways.

I am normally scared with sales people or consultants. but not with Jeff, He was really honest & open about everything. He really made us comfortable. Even our project manager was really good. He is very genuine, very helpful guy. You talk to him and you will know. He made sure that entire process went smooth. We didn't have to be there to monitor if things are being done properly or not. He also gave us tips on how to take care of the pavers. Victor and team, who did the installation really great guys. Did the job very nicely, cleaned up everything after the job was done. He only came once and that was to take his equipment . His crew also did work on a neighbor's property and left the debri materials on MY PROPERTY!!! My request for removal of this has also gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed and definitely will NOT be using them again.
