A friend told me to try New Balance. I found several pair that fit well, were well made of quality materials. Most shoes in other stores regardless of how expensive are poorly made; thin soles, poor quality leather when you can find it, and mostly man made materials shoddily put together. I was really impressed by the shoes in this shop and pleased that they sold shoes other than athletics. I wear my shoes forever when I get good ones, so the prices here are not out of line. In fact, I found the same brand & style costs more online ! This is a great shop; tiny but perfect.

I hope they improve.

I had driven along this Fraser Highway strip multiple times, but I had never been inside. A cute tiny boutique that boasts a selection of shoes and boots that all look to be high in quality and fashionable at the same time. The whole experience from start to finish was great! Kim was working that day, and she went above and beyond to find the pair of boots in my size. There were a few other customers in the shop and she had such a wealth of knowledge and helped them find the pairs of shoes that worked best for them. It was a joy to watch her in action. I was happy with my exchange, and I'm sure my next pair of boots with be from this location.

Thoroughly pleased with my purchase, as well as the helpful in-store service . Will definitely be back to browse again soon. Was also told by the salesclerk that they have a location in Fort Langley as well.

After googling dancewear clothing stores in Surrey we chose Limbers Dancewear. Upon entering the store, we informed the kind lady (Julie) employee that we know nothing about dance, and gave her the list of clothing that our daughter required. Our daughter is now ready for her first ballet class next week and we couldn't be happier with the service that we received at Limbers.

I went through treatment which brought me to February I wore the Birkenstocks sandals for one month out of 2019 I bought the cork renew and used it diligently as I was told I would have a year warranty if I bought the cork renew. I didn't go in water or miss treat the sandals when June opened to sunshine I started wearing the sandals again, Reapplying the cork renew before use. On both sandals they started breaking when I took them back in August I was told I was three weeks past the year warranty date. I explained I had so much on my mind from the cancer as well as the pandemic I was afraid to come into the malls being more susceptible to covid 19. I talked to two employees there that told me the manager would be in the next day and that they couldn't do anything. When I talk to the manager she said Birkenstocks aren't a very good sandal and proceeded to show me a white sandal and was pulling at the seams and look at the yellowing in there and these are going to fall apart. She said that her cork sandals all fell apart like that as well and told me to buy this other brand that is a higher end sandals than Birkenstock. She said she couldn't do anything for me. I wrote to SoftMoc customer service which wrote back asking for information on size and date of purchase they then sent me an email stating that it was up to the store representative meeting the manager of the Guilford mall store to see whether the shoe was defective. Of course she said it wasn't defective and they were not going to stand behind the warranty. The customer service rep said they could not see the sandal so they can't make that decision. I offered to take a picture and send it to them which they intern declined and told me to take the sandal to another store and have them determine whether or not it's a defect. I really doubt another employee from another store will say this is a shoe defect if they don't know the scenario that the shoe was only worn for maybe three months out of the entire year and it was already breaking down. SoftMoc has crappy customer service and poor quality shoes I would not recommend anybody to go there in fact, When looking them up On the better business Bureau site they are not accredited. Five thumbs down to poor customer service and overpriced poorly made shoes

Their staff are very knowledgeable of the type of shoes I need for my hard to fit feet. First, they let me know what type of foot support I may need and then recommend several styles they have for my feet size, width and support. Their shoes are pricey but all the shoes I've bought from them have high quality material, have lasted me a long time and provided comfort and functioned as designed. They used to have boring colours and designs but they have stepped up their game and now have many stylish colours and material for some of their shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I chose (1540V2) did not come in a newer and more stylish colour and material but it was perfect for my feet type which is more important. The store is located near Willowbrook Mall and has plenty of parking in the front of the store.
