If I could give 0 stars I would. Was selling my car to a man that came 3 hours to Dubois to purchase it. We walked into the building and stood in the wait line. We were talking and then the woman behind the counter said" I can't help you if you are standing that far away" This was a harbinger of what was to come. The man I was selling the car to , indicated that his license he had on him was no longer his address, but he indicated to her that he had changed his address and it was on file. She said" I can't do anything unless you have the physical temporary license" He explained that he has done over 30 title transfers and they just looked up the computer info on the pendot system. She became more rude and said" I can't do anything for you, you can go somewhere else" Then she pushed his paperwork back to him and said " you can go to a punxsutawny notary tomorrow" We left and went to Brady street notary. The woman working there looked up his information in seconds and from there on, the whole process was smooth and friendly. Bottom line. I'm 69 and this is one of the worst experiences I've encountered in a service related business. It was embarrassing for me because I recommended Sarvey because of its proximity to rte 80 and it would save time. Time was wasted and the experience was awful. read more
