Virginia loved to work at the park keeping it beautiful by putting in flowers, mowing and buying the table and swingset for others to enjoy. She enjoyed many days visiting with all the families that came to use the park every year. We so enjoyed are visits with Virginia when we were back in town having family meals together, while she would show us new plants etc she was putting in or helping her mow and clean up the park. I haven't used Hugill's sanitation services, but I did have the extreme misfortune of having to deal with him during the brief time that he owned the property that our 2 camp leases are on. During that 6 or 7 months, he quadrupled our yearly payments from $500 a year to $2,000 a year, and forced us to give up our 3rd lease, without reimbursing any of the $5,000 we had into it to clear the dilapidated camp from it. He never returned any of the lease holders' phone calls to answer questions about our leases, then sold the property half way through the year that he collected $2 grand a piece ( 4 grand in our case, since we have 2 cabins, there) from a couple dozen shocked camp owners. Hugill's did not pick up my trash last week as scheduled. Promised they would get it the next day and they did not. Then we were told they would pick it up this week. They did not show up again. The office staff was less than friendly. Very disappointed. read more

I would not recommend. I work in a professional setting. I have had nothing but problems. Their phone communication is horrible. You will not get called back if you don't speak to the person you need. They miss pick ups, they have had huge errors on invoices. When I first called for service for our company, I did not get return calls. I had to call back several times to get a quote. I only utilize them because I have been told to by the company I work for. read more

I dont not use this company for sanitation however my neighbor does and the garbage truck keeps turning in my driveway and yard and creating ruts. I called this company to ask that their drivers do not turn in to my parking area/ driveway . I was trying to explain why when the office girl slammed me on hold. I hung up and called them back and the explained that I was put on hold while trying to explain the problem and the girl did it again put me on hold. This company appears to be arrogant , ignorant and insulant . I would not want to deal with these people as my sanitation service. They will certainly leave a bad taste in your mouth.
