It looks a lot more current. This is still a very family friendly store, clothes for just about everyone and in every category. Casual wear, dress, beach to lingerie. I was looking for some affordable formal clothes for work and found so many items under 20$ I couldn't believe it! The best part is that many of their pants have long inseems. I am 5'8 and always have trouble finding pants that are narrow or long enough elsewhere. I saw many generous sizing up to 16 too. In terms of value for money, this place fills the bill. If you need to upgrade your wardrobe with trendy to classic styles, l'Aubainerie will help you without breaking the bank. I find the quality very comparable to larger retailers like H&M, Reitmans, Smart Set etc.

The staff was very helpful and friendly every time I have visited, including this last time. The TRISTAN name is known for quality craftsmanship, elegant styling, refined fabrics and impeccable cuts. Everything is soooooooooooo cute! I honestly got the SWEETEST, sexiest, classiest dress I've ever owned from this shop. I could easily drop $500 every time I step foot inside. Things are fairly priced on the high end, and you're going to pay up for local designers (as we all should - this isn't cheap, made in China crap that will fall apart in three weeks). I paid $80 for the kickass bra, and peeps, it was worth it. Just ask my manfriend. Finally, I should mention that the staff are super helpful without constantly watching over your shoulder or trying to make a sale. They're there if needed, and otherwise leave you to your shopping delight.

As someone who wears size 9, I have a smaller selection, but they have a TON of size 6-8 on a regular basis. The place is huge so if you love hug heels be prepared to spend an hour or two to narrow down which 6 pairs you want to leave with!

The service at the time was acceptable, my fiancé got measured and we opened a file for the wedding. We were told we would be contacted to make a paiement for the custom suit at a later date. We were assured the suit would be ready in time. 2 weeks before our wedding we had not heard back from them so we went in store to inquire. Turns out, THEY NEVER ORDERED THE CUSTOM SUIT. So there we were, 2 weeks to the wedding and the groom had no suit. What did they offer to rectify the situation? Knock of 50$ for our groomsmen rental and order a rental for the groom. I do not think that is anywhere near what should have been offered. So we went from a brand new custom suit to a barely discounted rental. It was as if they didn't acknowledge the importance of the groom having the attire we originally planned for. Needless to say we refused to spend an extra penny to this company and went another route to clothe my fiancé on his wedding day. Head office will definitely be hearing from me.
