The free samples at the mall always made the meal taste good. And the teriyaki sauce is so good that they give you an extra cup. Between the beef teriyaki and the chicken, both thinly sliced and well teriyaki'ed, I liked the chicken better. Meals include dumplings or egg rolls. Good meal.

Boooooo a waste of time and money

My Wife and I came here for lunch. We ordered 1 chicken teriyaki and 1 shrimp teriyaki with noodles. A side of spring roll and a shrimp tempura roll. We paid for shrimp and received 2 chicken teriyaki. When we brought the food and issue back to the counter the employees immediately assumed we were lying and was refusing to fix the mistake on their end. We continued to show the receipt and then the manager finally offered to remake it after inspecting the returned food. By this point I am turned off and disgusted with lack of service , lack of communication and lack of resolve. I requested a refund. We are the other chicks. With noodles and all you could taste was sweet flour. The food was so under cooked, flavorless and boring. The best thing was the spring roll. Needless to say - never again BOOO

Standard "mall Chinese food". Large portions pretty quick and made to order. I'll try the Bento Box possibly. I actually only stopped in cause they had a $5 a $10 order coupon lol.

:-( this is what I get for having high expectations of new restaurants lol. I was excited that Foundry Row was getting an Asian spot so I decided to stop by. I ordered the chicken bento box and was in & out fairly quickly. While eating, all I could think was "this taste like mall food" only to find out this is the Asian spot you can find in most malls. Sad face sad face. Needless to say, I didn't like my food. The service and wait time was great though.

Iv been to this Sarku Japan a few times and it's been really good. Not too busy and friendly service. Today I got the steak teriyaki bento box. Added fried rice. The steak is hot n tasty and each item in the box compliments each other. Dumplings plus side salad and 4 Cali rolls. This is a very well mixed meal.

We've always liked Sarku Japan as one of the food court establishments and we decided to give this stand-alone Sarku Japan a try. The interior is like a fast food restaurant, slightly more stylish. There is definitely some ventilation problem though, the moment I stepped inside I can smell quite a smoke from the cooking. I understand it is hard to keep the smell off as so much stir-frying is happening back there, but you really wouldn't want the dining area to smell like a kitchen. As for food, waiting time is decent, not as fast as the mall version, but food is plated better. Meat is delicious as always, I love their chicken and shrimp, and the option to boost their amount is quite cheap. The veggies are horrible though, I remembered those to be better for my mall visits--the veggies I had was over-boiled and tasted very bland. Anyway, not a bad option for a quick bite after shopping nearby, plus price is so reasonable, I wouldn't complain much. You can also download their app and order online to avoid waiting.

We got three rolls for 14.95. My daughter always gets vegetable fried rice so we got an order of that. This time she tried something new and got shrimp gyoza as well. She also ordered a California roll. We came with one of her friends and she got a fried soft shell crab roll. I just went with my standard spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. Food came out pretty quick. It's nice when you are hungry and don't have to wait long. All of the food was delicious. My daughter and her friend are both fans.

It was probably the freshest sushi bowl. I've had in a long time and it was absolutely delicious. The mango was fresh and sweet, but not overly sell. The salmon was just the right amount of fatty and seasoned beautifully and the rice was absolutely perfect. The buns were incredible. The duck was crispy. The scallions were crunchy and the bun was soft and delicious. The cashew dish was my husband and according to him it was divine. He absolutely loved asparagus and it was fresh and crisp and crunchy and the house salad was very, very nice and fresh as well. Would recommend this place 1000% and from everything I've heard the service is phenomenal. Can't wait to be there in person at some point since today, we did takeout and I've seen the place in passing. It always looks clean and inviting.

As a…read moreteenager, my friends and I used to come here for our little "date nights," and all these years later, the food still hits just like the old days. What makes Ginza so special isn't just the food (though trust me, it's always fresh, flavorful, and affordable) -- it's the people. The staff has always treated me like family, and I've had the privilege of watching them push through tough times, even surviving COVID without ever losing their heart or raising prices unfairly. That kind of dedication is rare. On my most recent visit, everything was delicious as always, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they now serve Boba Tea! My server made me one to try, and it was the perfect touch to an already amazing meal. Ginza will always be one of my favorite staples in Baltimore -- a true gem that has stood the test of time. If you want great food, genuine people, and a place that feels like family, this is it.

Let me say their sushi was not fresh and flavorless, but it was rice heavy and had a foul taste. We sat in"the sushi room", which resembles a sterile school cafeteria, about 7 tables. We were given soups that tasted like chicken broth and also a complimentary plate of California Roll (to fill us up). Not good. At all. When our sushi arrived, it was so full of rice. The fish wasn't fresh. The flavors didn't work together. Just not good. At all. The server was OK. Between his mid- hallway vaping and sweating on our table, to his dropping the. Heck off before our food was delivered, it was a serious disappointment. I wanted this to be the Gonzales of old. Maybe the hibachi is better but DO NOT GO HERE FOR SUSHI!

We exchanged several messages, and they were incredibly helpful--especially since I don't like sushi or seafood, though my wife does. They even suggested alternative dishes for me. My wife and I eventually decided to give the restaurant a try. As I drove by, I saw Times Square and Suya Spot, but I couldn't find Chimii anywhere. My wife kept asking where it was, and honestly, I wasn't sure. I ended up parking in a garage so we could walk around and look for it. We finally spotted it--half the restaurant was hidden under a large tree, and its sign is tiny compared to the neighboring businesses. At the entrance, there was a refrigerator filled with grab‑and‑go meals, which was a bit unexpected. Once inside, we were seated right away. We ordered several dishes, and every single one was delicious. My wife absolutely loved her sushi--it was beautifully made and full of flavor. The waitress provided excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, we enjoyed our experience very much and were glad we decided to try Chimii.

The service and ambience were also amazing, which made the whole experience even better. Because the first visit was so good, I came back a few days later to try more items. This time I ordered the shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, and bulgogi kimbap. Unfortunately, this is where things went left. The bulgogi kimbap had a really weird taste (and not in a good way), and the spicy tuna tasted so fishy that I almost vomited. I ended up throwing most of the food away, which was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. The only thing we kept was the shrimp tempura roll,  it was just okay. My little one liked it, but it's not something I would personally order again. I do understand this is a newer business and there may still be some kinks to work out. Because my first experience was so good, I would consider visiting again... just not anytime soon.
