I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

We called CCF after identifying a hollow spot in one of the floor panels (manufacturing question/uncertainty). Chad Randall, the owner, came out immediately to look at it. It was nice to know that this company is there to continue to warranty their work and the final product. You could not ask for a better disposition with Chad. Expressed sincere care and concern for making sure we were happy and a commitment to making sure the manufacturer stood behind their product if there were any concerns. Great company. Great customer service.

I only chose this contractor because the previous owner used them and I wanted to match the flooring after a water leak. They are super expensive, took forever to start, and then walked off the job, leaving me high and dry. All because I asked a question about a $500 additional charge over their bid. Luckily I found Izzy's installations (Highly recommended!) They did a fantastic job at a great price, and corrected an area where Central Coast Flooring put the tiles in crooked. Izzy's was very pleasant to work with and such a refreshing change of pace.

I never received a quote and called twice to get the quote and they said, "we sent it." I asked them to send it again. They said, "we already sent it." I had to call the Visalia store to get the quote. SLO's quote was almost twice as high as another company! I asked that someone who is over the SLO store call me. I asked this twice and no one will call me. I just referred a friend to Flooring Liquidators in Visalia and I will def let him know he needs to reach out to this other company!!!!!

First of all the carpet itself looks great and I was happy with the price and the help from Blake…read moreat the showroom was excellent. They also squeezed me in on short notice which was huge as I couldn't move in to my upstairs until the disgusting old carpeting was replaced. FIVE STARS on all that! The downside was the installer. Not friendly at all, borderline attitude. I attempted to be friendly and make conversation a few times and finally gave up - this guy didn't seem to have much respect for me or my home - seemed to want to just get the damn job done and get home. My place had been cleaned spotless two days previous, yet the installers left a mess for me to clean up, including: the driveway & garage, bathroom floors & sinks, boot prints on the baseboard, hand smudges bedroom doors, one closet left un-vacuumed, plus some misc carpet-dust & mess around - oh, and a big scrap of the new carpet laying out on the garage floor (I was actually happy to have it, but how about asking/letting me know.) Maybe this is typical, but to me part of pride in workmanship is leaving the place like you found it - he/they drove away like they could care less about what they left behind - felt like a big eff you to me. I spent an hour or so cleaning up after them. The kicker was they scraped up the brand new paint, pretty badly in one spot & definitely noticeable in another, in one of the bedrooms. So I'll spend another chunk of my time re-painting. They said nothing about any of this - in fact drove away from an empty home leaving my front door unlocked, without even the courtesy of a phone call, despite the fact they had my number and I had asked them to call when they were done. Thank God the carpet does look great - that saved it. But if I'm going to spend upwards of a couple thousand dollars I'd like to have someone in my house that I trust, that's respectful to me and my home, is professional and courteous, and cleans up after themselves. Sales Process & Price - FIVE STARS Installation Quality - FOUR STARS Experience with Installer - ONE STAR I might go with Cal Coast again, but I would ask for an installer that has a good track record & reputation.
