We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? I looked up how much a refrigerator would cost and that is the exact price Eric quoted us. I paid via Venmo on the same day he called in May. Then the waiting started.....In August we finally gave him an ultimatum. Install the refrigerator (that he still had) or drop it off and we would take it somewhere to get it installed. Well, he showed up two days later and spent 2 hours and seventeen minutes to install it to the tune of $522.50. We honestly wish we had called around to the RV repair shops because their labor charges are much lower and the work would have most likely would have all been completed in May.

There was a slight language barrier so I just stayed inside out of his way. It was quite exciting with this guy stomping around overhead. He worked for three days until dark and replaced the whole roof from the frame up and replaced all the insulation in the attic. Fortunately he took pictures as he worked. I'm glad for that because I don't do ladders well. It's a bummer I can't figure out how to put pics in this review. Before: Almost totally black, with moss, leaves, and high spots where old membrane had come unglued. It was UGLY! After: Snow white, perfectly even, and clean. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! A tank release cable was stuck, and the generator wouldn't turn over. I had called every shop in town, as I have been hoping to get out of town for a break this month. Everyone was booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. I found Joe on Yelp and figured I didn't have anything to lose, as everyone had said they either didn't work on generators, or didn't have an appointment until Halloween (or later). Joe said he could be out there within the hour, would bring lights and was fully mobile. He had the cables fixed in minutes, tightened a battery case I didn't know was late, and will be coming back tomorrow morning to get the gennie fired up (it was too dark to take the carb apart and risk losing a part).
