Brett came over about 15 minutes ahead of time and he promptly got to work. And man, did he work. For the next 6 hours he thoroughly cleaned and polished my car, both inside and out. He even did the hidden spaces in the trunk to make sure there was no dog hair anywhere (there was a lot). I couldn't find a dog hair anywhere. My car looks showroom new after two years of use. Which tracks because Brett worked at car dealership for years doing this exact thing. He knows the best products and techniques to get your car looking amazing. And, he's a great guy. Troy Johnson, the owner, is a liar and a crooked business man. I had my Rivian wrapped and added an…read moreadditional $675 to get the wheels ceramic coated. Upon completion, I was told, of course, that all of the work was done. 2 weeks later when I returned to have the wrap touched up, I'm told by the installer Luke, that only the surface of the wheels were ceramic coated, because the shop didn't have jack pucks to remove the wheels to coat the surface, barrels, and calipers. Troy tried to act like he didn't know, but the installer told him as soon as the work order was reviewed. I started asking more questions as soon as I stopped getting straight answers. This guy started closing bank accounts and avoiding phone calls. When I could reach him he was talking about other businesses that he owns and a bunch of problems that had nothing at all to do with me or the money he owed. He even had the knerve to tell me that his business was "faith based", but the amount of outright lies I was told by this guy, there's no way he knows God. (The installer, Luke, was actually the owner of the shop I brought the truck to in Watkins, CO. Luke did a great job on the wrap, but Troy presented it like Luke worked for him, which is not true). The wrap was completed in October 2024 and even by the time of this review, I have never been reimbursed, even partially, for the work not done. Troy gave me a sad story that his son is sick and he doesn't have insurance, but felt like stealing my money was only fair. I would never recommend doing business with this individual AT ALL! Troy told me he was opening a shop in Parker, CO working with a different installer. I would stay as far away from this guy as possible. Element Auto or Revv Auto. On Yelp I found that he has another business called "Allure Aeshetics"...but it's all the same liar!

Edward Goon's wife hired my husband 5 years ago to do landscaping at her home. He wasn't even on the contract bid or did not own the home at the time. He was unhappy with the job my husband did. He has never not once shown any proof of his allegations toward the work done. He has never engaged in any legal discourse with his allegations for the landscaping job. It's more then likely he did not have any money to contract the job himself and felt emasculated at the time that his wife/then girlfriend owned the home. Instead he acts like a coward and like most cowards chooses to sit behind their computer and write whatever they want about someone with NO PROOF or anything to stand by their claims. He has since harassed our entire family by stalking us at open air markets in Parker, CO, assaulting my husband, and spewing profanities at my business market. He has left several defamatory allegations on several websites spewing hate and lies with nothing to back up his claims. He has also harassed us at our home and via our neighbors, he drives by our home and leaves neighborhood warnings on our porch. We have several video's of him driving by our home via our security cameras. He has NO REASON to EVER drive by our home as we live on a VERY PRIVATE street that is not a way out of the complex. We have filed a police report against him and have also had our attorney's send cease and desist letters to him. We have also contacted our Home Owner's Association and let them know of the harassment, defamatory statements and letters he's been distributing. He continues to write these defamatory statements even though he has been warned by both law enforcement and our attorneys. We are now engaging in further legal actions against him as he continues to write defamatory statements as seen above. We have had it with this individual. He writes that we have been running for 12 years? We live up the street from him and drive by his home daily because he lives on the street that leads to the exit of our complex. You will know him when you see him because, he is very short, most likely with a short man's complex, and most definately a VERY small penis. He is in his late 60's and chooses to spend his golden years being a coward keyboard warrior and troll. This man has NOTHING better to do then to sit behind his computer like a coward writing hateful statements, for the last 5 YEARS!!!. For the record he has NEVER engaged in ANY business with my husband's auto business mentioned above so he should not even be commenting here. I am sure we are not the only victims of this short man's hate and coward behavior, sitting behind his computer.

It is only two years old but Colorado UV rays are significant and harsh, and road grime is prevalent. Black vehicles have to be washed a lot in any climate, and the PH level in the car wash detergent really does a number on the finish. We couldn't believe how fast our clear coat was breaking down and we had a lot of swirling. Sean was knowledgeable about the coatings he offers and was meticulous in the process. He came to our home and did the work, so we were able to see the progress all day. We got a number of bids and felt Sean's was very price competitive. He was responsive but not pushy; other bidders were pushy and did not answer specific questions we asked. Our SUV looks brand new again, and the coating should last 5 years before needing to be reapplied with basic care. Snow and ice will roll off very easily now. We won't have to wash it as often and will only need the quick, touchless self-service car wash. We highly recommend FB Mobile Auto Detailing and will use them again and recommend to friends.

I moved from California to Colorado last January 2025, and I had not washed the inside of my car or even wiped it down since then. Can you imagine how filthy it was with the last Colorado winter (which I drove through), getting in and out of the car, etc.? I mean it was filthy. And they made it look like it was coming off a lot. And somehow it just smells clean without smelling like fragrance--because I told them I don't like fragrance (I'm sure they would add a fragrance for you if you liked it). They literally made it smell like a new car! And the outside is sparkling like brand new. I had taken my car to those self-serve places several times so it wasn't as dirty as the inside, but they still made it look brand new. My neighbors came over to comment on how good my car looked! The most important thing you need to know is that they were so eager to do a good job. It is really hard to find people in service who have a great attitude.
