Joanne carried out the work to the best of her ability and the results were amazing !. Jess looked a completly different young lady and i know she was very very pleased . Joanne was very thorough , profesional, courteous and extremely knowlegable and explained every product and procedure with great detail. I would have no hesitation recomending Joanne to anybody i know, definatley very very good at what she does
