Paula, the owner, is very customer focussed and ensures that clients feel special each visit. As the other comment mentioned about the reception not being manned, the answerphone is always on and they DO call you back when you leave a message as soon as they are available. Having used Fay and Sally to cut mine and my children's hair for many years I was surprised to see the prices in their barbers and that for as little as £3.50 a lady can have her hair dry cut by a professional hairdresser, this suits me as I used to pay a lot more for the same hairdressers in a different shop when they worked for others and it was £21 then many moons ago, I would recommend this shop whole heartedly to anyone but wouldn't need to as the full barbers would show for itself how popular they are.

He is great at modern funky styles, as i have seen him do on my friends, but equally great at my less adventurous cut. While its a large, bright, and trendy salon, it DOES NOT come with the air of pretenciousness that many trendy salons have.
