My buddy Heather is a dental hygienist at Bryan Dental and Associates and she is the absolute best person I know. She is the reason I decided to drive an hour and ten minutes to this office. I was arriving for my appointment and was unsure which way to go as my GPS was acting weird. I asked two nice women in scrubs if they knew where to find the office. The women were super helpful and pointed me to the office they worked at and were walking back to. I went in and was nervous but my buddy and the rest of the women I interacted with were legit the best. I again only gave this place a chance because of heather and I'm so glad I listened to her. I found that while taking a chance on this Dental office she definitely didn't disappoint. Dr. Bryan and his dental hygienist were the absolute best. They made me feel so comfortable. He did not do anything without telling me and said I have options. This dentist did try to sell me on a crazy treatment plan. He simply told me these are my options. I genuinely loved every minute I was in there. The office is so nice as well. So clean!!! While I was in treatment with this office everything was fine. I do not like that this doctor has…read moreseveral offices, this means that the actual Dr. is only at this location a few times a week. If you have a problem w/ a broken wire/bracket, the staff can "patch it up" but you may have to wait several days for the doctor to be back in before he can actually reset your gear properly, this can cause a delay in your treatment I was a patient here for about two years. When I relocated from Brunswick and started treatment elsewhere is when the major problems started. When my new doctor contacted this office for my records they charged me $50 to send the records. Ridiculous! There was also another incident that causes me to leave one star; after I had left and started treatment elsewhere, I was in town visiting relatives and a wire broke and was cutting my cheek. I went in and asked them to clip the wire until I could get back to my new doctor and they would not! Something about not being able to mess with another doctors work. Whatever excuse they gave me was completely fabricated as I ended up driving across town to DR.WEAVER (who btw I had not previously paid thousands of dollars) and his staff saw me 10 minutes after walking in. I would advise going to another Orthodontics in the Golden Isle, If you need them after they are not receiving your money, they WILL NOT HELP YOU.
