These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.

Both he and Brian (shop owner) expected us to be experts on sign creation, which we thought was their job. Once the mistake was uncovered rather than helping us, they became arrogant and hostile. Best team to work with, Peter, Gordon and Theresa! As the contact person for a small nonprofit, I…read morecame into an ongoing project with 18 different signs needed. Peter spent time on the phone patiently explaining the options for us. Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

However, we recently recommended Edla's Cleaning Services to our granddaughter who had just bought a newly constructed town house. My granddaughter instructed the ladies that she wanted a deep cleaning on everything!. The job done by the three cleaning ladies was horrible! They left blue tape on the new appliances; the inside of the cabinets were NOT wiped down; there was construction debris left on the bathroom shower floor; and the countertops were sticky and not cleaned very well. Our granddaughter was very disappointed after we gave her such a strong recommendation. The only difference I can think of between her experience and ours was that my wife and I were present for the entire time both cleanings were done. In this case my granddaughter was not present the whole time and had to leave for an appointment. Sadly, as a result of this experience I would not recommend Edla's Cleaning Services unless you stayed and were present while the cleaning was performed or reinspected your place before the cleaners left. One more point I would like to make is that her mother, my daughter owns three real estate franchises and who knows how much additional business Edla Cleaning Services would have received from my daughter's recommendations if her cleaning ladies did the same quality job they did for us!
