Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

First of all, they DO NOT shred any documents onsite. They have no trucks capable of doing that…read more They will tell customers on the phone that they do to just trick them. They give you a certificate saying that your documents have been destroyed, In reality, they have not. They are just sitting in the warehouse spilled all over the floor. The reason they are affordable is because they are slave wagers. They do not pay their employees the same rate as the other shredding companies out there and they do not pay their employees overtime. I have reported them to the Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division at the Tampa District Office . They raided COPS (Confidential on site paper shredding) and found them in violation and fined them thousands of dollars and got all of the employees paid their overtime that was due to us. They also have been reported to DOT for hiring drivers without proper license or medical cards to operate their trucks. Also, many employees are on drugs and they have NOT tested them and that is a DOT violation that will be punishable of fines, shutdown, and criminal prosecution. Bottom line is they treat and have no respect for their employees and customers and they continue to break laws. Your documents are not secured and the certificates are false. This company deserves to be shut down and prosecuted!!! Honest people should not give them their business!
