I noticed a difference after my very first treatment, but now going into my fourth treatment, it's honestly like my skin has done a complete 180. My skin looks better and better each time. Even on the day I get my laser facial, people will stop me and ask, "What are you using on your skin?" That really says a lot! One of the things I appreciate most about Leila is her professionalism and how knowledgeable she is. She takes the time to educate me on everything, from what I need to do before my appointment to how I need to take care of my skin afterward. I also really appreciate that she takes everything step by step. She looks at how my skin is tolerating the treatment before going further, and she explains what she is doing as she goes. She answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand everything. I truly feel like I'm in good hands with her. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and really cares about helping you take care of your skin. After four treatments, I am so happy with my results. My skin has really come a long way, and I'm excited to see how it continues to improve. Leila is definitely the Piqo4 Queen! If you're thinking about getting a Piqo4 laser facial, I definitely recommend Leila. She is amazing at what she does!

I was genuinely excited to start this program. After investing in countless coaches and courses, I…read morewas ready to finally put an end to all the second-guessing and commit to a plan tailored specifically for me. I enrolled in the self-paced program after doing my research and seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews. In hindsight, not meeting anyone on video beforehand and relying solely on text communication was a mistake on my part. After taking the initial quiz, I guessed my body type and was assigned a coach who shared that same type. I followed the program precisely for six weeks and saw no results after the first week. Only then did I learn I'd been placed in the wrong program for the wrong body type. I was reassigned to one of the founders, who reviewed my case and matched my correct type. Another 2-3 weeks went by with zero progress, even after overhauling my routines yet again. I even paid extra for their Tier 2 service, with no changes or signs of improvement. I did everything that was asked of me: 15,000 steps a day, consistent powerlifting, hydration, structure, and discipline, yet nothing changed. Instead, my lack of progress was attributed to mindset, quantum physics, and somatic blocks. I'm trained in trauma-informed care and have spent years doing deep somatic and therapeutic work. I fully understand the mind-body connection. But when a program cannot deliver results, shifting the responsibility back onto the client feels dismissive and unfair. Ultimately, it felt like the blame was placed on me when my coach no longer knew how to support my case which is exactly why I hired them in the first place. While I appreciate receiving a $750 refund for the Tier 2 upgrade, I am still left having spent $1,500 on a self-paced program that did not work for me. This is simply my experience. Be thoughtful, do your research, and I truly hope your results are better than mine.

Before working with them I used to question and try every diet, fad, and workout program. I was…read morebasically trying to piece meal my way through ALL the conflicting info out on the internet and Instagram, and was so frustrated with my lack of consistent progress, even though I used to work so hard to try to eat right and workout every day to try and make my body composition and strength goals. Now, I have full clarity and confidence to know what to eat, when, and how much eat and workout to accomplish my body and athletic goals- in any and every circumstance!!! I did all of this all while traveling the world. That peace of mind, confidence, and increased self love I now have for myself is freaking invaluable. And I credit all of that to me working with Green Door Life. I lost fat, gained muscle, toned and built my overall body, and even lost cellulite- I didn't even know that was freaking possible, since I've worked to lose my cellulite for the last 15 years!! And, I did all of this while traveling through 8 different countries and living nomadically full time. I've completed the 12 week nutrition group program and some 1:1 coaching, I'm not trying to overstate this in anyway - it has literally changed my life. This isn't a quick fix or some fad, their courses and coaching is revolutionary to your whole life moving forward. The coaching around food and nutrition is expansive not restrictive. They give you the fundamental deep knowledge and psychological support needed in order to make any situation, any country, and basically any restaurant or food navigable for your goals. What I love about their coaching style is they make you self sufficient and empowered. There is no ongoing sales cycle and unlike other coaching programs, they don't make you feel you need them to keep your gains. I have a completely different and loving relationship to my body, the way I view and eat food is informed and fun, and my daily behaviors and internal throughs are so different and aligned for who I am becoming more of each day, and who I want to be, than how I was when I started the program. I highly recommend working with Green Door Life through their different courses and coaching. I am going to do their upcoming Awaken your Cycles and Strength courses as well, because the amount of value and life changing outcomes I get from them and their courses is literally worth 10x the amount they are priced.

I just canceled my Jumpstart membership upon doctor's orders. I have reached my weight loss goal…read moreand for that I am grateful. I found the medical advice I received there to be inconsistent. One of the counselors didn't know any of the answers to my questions. Certainly not worth the $199 I paid as my monthly membership fee. There is a pervasive environment of up-selling, which I find oppressive and cloying. I canceled because my physician does not want me to take anything from a compounding pharmacy, as they are not trustworthy and I switched to a major pharmaceutical house brand because of the quality of their research for my maintenance. I must say that even during the phone call I made to cancel, the customer service representative tried even then to sell me different products and services. Is there no respite?

I know that a lot of people lose weight on this program. I'm not one of those people…read more This was my experience: 1. Administrative. Less than stellar. Lost my paperwork. Took forever to be accepted, onboarded to the program. Miscommunications were frequent. Lab results were a mess and took forever to complete. Sometimes the office manager as abrupt and unprofessional. My first meal replacement was incorrectly sent. I received eight boxes of Vanila powder. 2. Support is essentially worthless. It's hard to reach these people. They have weekly 'support' groups and the first one I attended was about weight loss drugs. Less about support and more of an info system. 3. Communication. The program has a ton of rules, information and processes you need to follow. The doctor throws all this at you the first time you meet. There is so much information it's essentially overwhelming. 4. The program itself is powder drinks for weeks till you lose the weight. This in and of itself seems no healthier than a 1960's Slim Fast plan. This plan is essentially 800 calories a day of powdered drinks. Much like preparing for colonoscopy. Transitioning from eating double burgers and fries with 9pm desserts to berry flavored powder drinks is quite the change and needs to be very hands on support. I did not find that support through all the red tape. At one point early in the diet I was lightheaded with my blood pressure racing. I sent a note to the doctor, and she replied that I should have called the emergency line. What emergency line....... Clearly this was one of the 147,000 items referenced quickly on my first call with the doctor or embedded in the manual they provide you. Which was not very clearly put together. In the end I reached out to to the doctor assigned to me and stated that this program was not going to work for me. She said, "I will let the staff know". I told this story to my husband and he was shooked at the response. He said, "you shold tell the doctor that she said that". I said to him......."I was talking to the doctor......". And that was my experience. My recommendation: if you need anything more than minor support on this abrupt transition from poor eating habits to a powder drink diet, this is not the place for you.

I have been a customer with expectations "way beyond exceeded" since February of this year (2015)…read more I believe my personal results speak most effectively: I lost 88 lbs in 7 months and have stayed within 5 lbs of my goal (above and below) since then. My medical condition has improved radically across the board and I feel great with plenty of energy all the time. For example, I can now run a 10K in under an hour (as of a few days ago) whereas I could not run at all when I started. I could NOT have done this without the absolutely perfect and expert medical supervision and guidance of Anita Demas, MD (incredibly smart, perceptive, and responsive) and her highly professional support team, along with the superstar clinical psychologist and behavioral modification coaching from Bill Hartman, PhD (he literally has decades of real, in-depth clinical expertise in this specific field) - everything they do is done to the highest standards; this includes the quality of their private label meal replacement products, as well as their coordination / communications back and forth with my primary care physician. This approach is neither cheap nor easy (but then, neither is living with obesity...seriously- think about that), however it is by far the safest, fastest, and most effective weight management approach I am aware of - I recommend it without reservation for anyone truly committed to and motivated about losing a serious amount of weight.

Lipolite - So what is this buzz over this Technology about?…read more I can review this experience now that the novelty of it has faded for me. What it was: 10-minute session with a device that looks like Electric Pad/ Muscle Stimulator. Here is a link to the machine she used http://www.lipolightpro.com/. Following the use of this device, you are instructed by the owner to go for 10 minutes on a Standing Power Plate Vibrator. (there are google images of this if you type Standing Power Plate Vibrator) Just think of the $169 Groupon deal as covering her cosmetology license, and you won't feel so aggrieved. It's quite tricky out there to make a living in SF as one, keeping the office space open, scheduling having cancels, other business costs. I am pretty sure her margins aren't as high as people seem to make it out to be - it's not a scam. Unfortunately, cosmetology professions are only allowed a more narrow set of tools with USA rules and equipment that is used in China, and Korea will have a more substantial effect because the game is more secure there. Still, the machine is for its intended purpose, only taking longer to see results. I'm sure you'll make use of this information as you see fit. My Qualifications: My aunt has worked as a licensed esthetician for more than one decade. From ages 5-13, I visited and stayed over three times a week. Although I wasn't interested in makeovers when I was younger, I'm not clueless about their operations office. I know what buckets of wax, lash extensions, and ingredient bottles for mixing facial masks look like. If I don't know or haven't seen it before, I know how to use the clues! I feel comfortable offering my opinion for this over nail salons, per se. Consider this: (Popularized social commentary that often appears in beauty discussion with my take on it, which you can choose to scroll past this section). I included this section because I want to help others form their own opinion if they choose to, and I don't want to make it long. Beauty & Self-Image is quite personal, and many people will agree they are deeply tied. So consider my questions. Can you detect if a review is aggrieved by their own frustration of their self-image? Does it affect the quality of the info you retain from reading it? I know I, for one, make quick judgments, even faster when I am feeling emotional at the moment. Bottom-line: Date-ready? Ok, so I believe that what you're losing is water weight mostly. At 10 minutes on the machine, it's likely not to penetrate long enough to the effect of the claim of "releasing the fat from your cells." Instead, it minimizes the bloating that comes with drinking water at peculiar times of the day (ex. 12am at night drinking 3 glasses of water). But the machine can quickly get rid of the look of bloating on you, so you're ready for..let's say a Date in 2 days! I can tell because I have an active track record of being a moderate runner. On weeks I run 4 times outdoors on the streets, each session being 40 minutes long, I get the benefit of seeing myself slimmer...and the machine mimics this effect if you can afford it. The owner schedules appointments in half-hour intervals so you would be ushered in & out. Don't you just love a busy young professional life? No-one says this is a substitute for working out, but I'm sure a lot of people come in for a quick session before a fast-approaching wedding, graduation or reunion too. Haha, I hope you caught my sarcasm. To be by procedure, you'll need to be on for double-time, (20 minutes) as the product ad on URL says for "empty and collapsed cells." Do not - go for health and diet advice. Go see a licensed or read an informed fitness & well-being column. There is - 5-minute intake process. You fill in the standard questionnaire about your identification info + goals. There is - A claim to be zero downtime after this Lipo-lite session. Meaning? Yup, most likely, lipo-light is only eliminating surface weight?...I'll find out. (*I got excited writing this review that I used Grammarly to fix my errors.*)
