We recently purchased a home from the listing agent LINDA STEVENS. We agreed to give the seller an…read moreadditional five days to vacate the property after closing. After five business days we showed up and the seller wasn't moved out and the house was VERY dirty and there was trash and debris everywhere (cigarette butts, etc.). It took the seller an additional 2 days to move out and nothing was adequately cleaned. Despite multiple professional attempts to contact Linda (through our realtor), she wouldn't return any calls or emails since the originally agreed upon move in date. I find this incredibly unprofessional and lazy, and I highly recommend not doing business with Linda Stevens or AREA properties.
