This is misleading, makes the firm look shady and untrustworthy, and is just plain wrong, not to mention a violation of the National Association of Realtor's Code of Conduct - which can result in fines and penalties. This company needs to stop lying on listings. This isn't a minor issue like counting a half bath as a full bath. This is making false claims that would normally add $500,000 to millions on to the actual property if it was true. Stay away from places that do this kind of unethical and untrustworthy behavior.
