Dr petts and her team are always willing to listen to concerns and explain everything in great detail. They are usually pretty much on time for appointments-which is a huge plus. The only negative thing I can say is there computer system will only schedule out a couple months-but if you need a six month appointment they do send a letter to remind you to schedule it.

He was fine, and we went back it to get the one he missed, but this seems like serious negligence. Should have learned, I thought it was a fluke, but a few years later they gave my daughter a prescription for antibiotics that was stronger than an adult dose because they accidentally doubled it. We are now changing offices because we no longer trust the staff.

He is personable and willing to spend more time with me when I have questions and concerns about my health on every visit with him at the clinic. Within a day or 2 he responds to my call or request for a new or refill my prescriptions. When my wife's primary care physician retired 10 yrs ago, I recommended to her to sign up with Dr. DeFrancisco as a new patient. Dr accepted her as a new patient with no problem. She is very satisfied wih him. It's now year end of 2021 and both of us are still his patients with out any complaints. He takes care of us. We are grateful for his medical expertise. North Polk Family Medicine exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable; Dr. Layton's calm, reassuring personality immediately put me at ease. The staff was very friendly and professional, both on the phone and in-person. It's been years since I have sought medical care in a traditional medical clinic, as I usually just get care at the free clinic where I volunteer. I realized recently that having a regular medical "home" is important, and I am fortunate that I have found a clinic that can provide that consistent and competent care for me.

I was advised there was not a female provider that I could see. When I mentioned scheduling elsewhere with a female provider, I was advised that I could no longer see the provider I was scheduled with at this clinic, and would need to pay $200 for canceling my appointment that they made me cancel because I was uncomfortable. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Once you mention going somewhere other than to their clinic, they treat you terrible. I would advise going LITERALLY anywhere else.
