If anyone questions why hospital emergency rooms are used for non life threatening care- this office is one one of the reasons. I tried calling 5x & each time I was placed on hold since leaving a message isn't an option. I would have to hang up to take calls about car insurance & towing because I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got a letter saying that Dr. Kono will never see me now since I was a No-Show for my appt. I can see other drs in the practice but not her. I am not a habitual no show kind of person for doctors appt. Dr. Kono is the first doctor has ever "reprimanded" me for something that was unavoidable.

The staff and nurses are professional and courteous, and the online pre check-in is helpful in expediting my wait time. I've seen Drs. Tara Dennis and Eric Donels so far and both were excellent in hearing out my concerns and providing options for resolving my health issues. You can make appointments online! Pretty useful considering I lost my voice due to a sore throat. I got in the same day, and service was prompt and nice. They have all their info on pads so fill out your info or just hit continue if nothing has changed. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and on my way to pick up a prescription.
