Avoid this company. They came late, which was a bit of a problem because they knew I had arranged…read morefor someone to meet them at the house. My friend left after they were in, and shortly after they texted me that they were done, but that their phone was out of batteries so they couldn't send any pictures (but apparently it could make calls?). They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.
