Let me mention that I am a healthcare professional who has worked in dermatology and plastic…read moresurgery in the past.. I went to Almond Aesthetic Medicine to have Botox and fillers done. I have had these treatments done since I was in my early 20s I am now in my 50s. First let's talk about the Botox. I asked to have my forehead, frown and eyebrows treated. If you know anything about Botox you know that for your frown and forehead the practitioner will use anywhere between 40 and 60 units. The practitioner here used a total of 29 units for all 3 areas. I didn't question it. Two weeks post treatment, I had all my movements. No changes whatsoever. I called and was given another appointment for a touch up. I went in for that and I received 13units. Two weeks post treatment still no changes. I had all my movements. I called again and let them know. They wanted to schedule me for a third appointment. I went ahead and booked. Ok let's move on to the fillers. I had my lips, marionette lines and cheeks all treated during my initial appointment. She used 2 syringes of Versa for a total of 2.4 ml. My lips are uneven. The upper lip is so much fuller than my lower lip and the right side of my upper lip is fuller than my left side. No changes whatsoever in my marionette lines. I ended up spending a little under $2000 for my initial visit and $169 for my Botox touch up. I still had my third appointment booked. I mentioned my experience to a coworker who has also had treatments done. Not by this facility. She advised me not to come to this place because they were known for doing this. Always bare minimum to keep you coming back and paying. I canceled all my appointments and decided to go see a plastic surgeon who not only did an excellent job but also charged $3 less a units of Botox.

Botched! They…read morebotched my lips and created basically sacs of filler that was sitting in superficial layers of my skin instead of underneath. They f-Ed my confidence, self esteem, etc.... They are not educated or skilled enough to do filler at all. Please do not get filler here. If they claim that I haven't been here before I will post pictures of my appointment reminders, emails, etc... they basically told me with asymmetrical lips with a ball sac that "it is as good as it gets" insinuating that there was no solution of the problem. I went to a different clinic and they were able to fix it right away. If you see this I want my money back. It was so painful as they knew they f-Ed my lips and tried to "massage" it with more strength I've ever seen out of a 50-60 year old woman. That basically pushed all the filler out of my lips into some terrible puffy migration. They also either could not decipher who I was? And kept talking about stuff they did to my lips that were not done? So I don't know if they are just writing random stuff in the patient records or what. I wouldn't come here to get a hair cut. Let alone let them touch anywhere on your face or anything close to being considered "aesthetic medicine." AGAIN THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED and CLEARLY NOT TRAINED ENOUGH TO DO ANY INJECTING THEY CLAIM TO DO. If I could flame them for medical malpractice I would. Spent $675 with no offer of compensation. So basically drop a month's worth of rent for some physical and psychological pain.

Made an appointment to have my hair completely made over for a wedding in a few weeks. When I…read morecalled to make the appointment I said I wanted my whole head ash blonde with some added low lights. When I went in for my appointment I was told the picture I was asking for was a balayage and asked if I wanted that. I said no just do the whole thing to my roots but match the colors. Everything seemed great till I realized she was only doing highlights and lowlights. Confused I asked her what she was doing and how she was planning to get the color all over and to my ends. She said I was scheduled for only highlights and low lights. Once we both realized it wasn't what I asked for (just to make it clear, I was not upset with her because it wasn't her fault in anyway) She then offered to fix it at my earliest convenience with no extra cost. Thank God! I went home with BLACK stripes as low lights and gray stripes for highlights. Nothing matched the photo I had at all and I was very confused. Before returning I received a text asking me to come earlier then originally planned on that following Monday and I happily agreed then added the photo and information explaining EXACTLY what I wanted so there was no more confusion. I returned that Monday and said again! "I want my whole head ash gray/white like THIS photo and no more added low lights" and even asked to have the original lowlights lightened because I wasn't into the black stripes. She agreed and began to fix my hair. She ended up fixing the dark strips and gave me MORE highlights like I said I DID NOT want. (As you can see in the text conversation) I wanted my whole head to be light ash gray/white LIKE THE PHOTO. It looks 10x better but when I pay $100+ for my hair to be done I didn't expect to get nothing remotely resembling what I was asking for. Unfortunately will never return. I don't know how I could have made it more clear on what I wanted but who knows, I'm not a hair dresser and don't know their language apparently. English and photos as examples don't cut it.
