For 2 years I have been using some other soft play and other rentals, I came across bubbly bay rental through social media and loved all their pictures. I imagined my kid's birthday to be set up that way and Bubbly Bay made it happen. Romick was always prompt, like say 30 mins tops, to respond to my queries. I rented soft play, the bubble center, bumper cars, kids chair and table. They added some other yard games for free as well so that was quite nice as it kept not just the kids but also the grown ups entertained. They are really dedicated to provide the best and I was quite surprised that they are just starting up because their conception and execution were amazing. Set up on time, good layout, colorful and new stuff, well maintained and Kids Loved it! I am surely going to bring them on again for my next time.

Arturo and his team were incredibly professional, polite, and always willing to answer any questions I had. One of my favorite things was their huge selection of party rental items. The setup was absolutely beautiful, everything was arranged so nicely that I barely had to add any decorations myself. It saved me so much time and made the day of my event so much less stressful. If you're looking for amazing customer service, quality rentals, and a team that truly cares about making your event special, I highly recommend Arturo and the entire Central Valley Rentals team. I will definitely be using them again!

I'm really not the best at explaining what I want sometimes -- I can be a little wishy-washy and indecisive -- but she was so patient with me from the very beginning. She never rushed me or made me feel difficult. Instead, she took her time, asked thoughtful questions, and really worked hard to understand my vision, even when I struggled to put it into words. Ceclya went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she bring my ideas to life exactly how I imagined, but she also helped me figure out what I truly wanted. Throughout the process, she took the time to talk with me, listen to what was going on in my life, and somehow incorporated those personal pieces into the décor in such a meaningful and beautiful way. She's incredibly easy to work with, extremely kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. She accommodated me every step of the way and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. By the end of it, she didn't feel like just my decorator -- she felt like someone who understood me. Ceclya created the wedding of my dreams, and I'm forever thankful. 10/10 -- I highly recommend her to any bride.
