He and Taira are SO knowledgeable about coffee and how to make good coffee using the various devices...Aeropress..French Press...Siphon..etc. They kindly explained how to use the Aeropress to us (we have one ourselves at home), and gave us a bunch of fun facts like the fact that coffee beans actually come from "coffee fruit" which look like cherries!
