It's easy for tradespeople to make promises on their marketing material, but Santos So Clean truly is respectful. Even to my neighbour's cat, who thinks she owns our roof!
After weeks of no-shows by 3 other gutter-cleaning companies, Santos turned up promptly, at the agreed time to provide a quote. I booked it in but when bad weather looked like it was going to cause a delay, Santos called me and negotiated an alternative time two days later. It's basic communication, but I am grateful for this common courtesy after so much silence from the other companies.
And of course, he and his staff member turned up at the newly agreed time on-time and carried out the job efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully - he apologised to the cat for disturbing her while working.
