Tzaziki - Best we've ever had, no doubt about it Squid - Best we've ever had Lambchop - Best we've ever had Chicken and Gyro meat - very very good Fries - best we've had in Europe (Lets be honest, we Americans are the undefeated champs when it comes to heart clogging greasy food lol) I'd recommend the meat platter #112 for 4 people, not 2. You could probably feed 6-8 people with it if you got an extra greek country salad and extra Tzaziki VERY VERY good meal if you are trying to skip the carbs and you just want some clean veggies and meat. 10/10 meal. From the moment you sit down, you are immediately greeted with a complementary shot of Ouzo. The menu is rather large and they do have an English option. We started with the dolmades that were served warm with a scrumptious lemon dill cream sauce. I ordered the baked chicken platter which had a mushroom cream sauce, side salad, and I opted for the rice instead of the fries. Very glad I got the rice because it was full of tomato flavor and spices. My husband ordered the lamb shank with eggplant. The eggplant was cooked a little too much, but the flavor made up for it. The lamb was juicy and tender. Once we finished and asked for our bill, we were brought the bill with complementary individual vanilla custards with strawberry sauce AND MORE OUZO! I was pregnant during our trip so I passed on the Ouzo both times, and I told our waiter it was because I was expecting a baby. He immediately brought us a fancy juice cocktail that was absolutely delicious! Amazing service and food from start to finish. A must try if you are in Freising.

And when I was still savoring the high off the appetizers, the side salads arrived. While I can't say they were very memorable, I still enjoyed the vegetable mixture. And nature called, so I took a trip to the bathroom. It was quite clean and I would recommend. They were out of gyros so after my momentary tantrum, I quickly recovered and ordered the souvlaki.
