They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!

I needed…read moreto get my transmission fluid and filter replaced for my warranty, it was a mistake on my part I did not catch the due mileage in time and went over a bit. I do get my oil changed every 3000 miles when warranty requires 5000 because I do take care of my truck, too expensive not too. Well they said they would "misread" my mileage so it would keep my warranty valid. I dropped by on Monday to make sure my truck would be services on Friday as it was when they could schedule me in, they did not tell me they would accommodate my request then or at our first conversation either. Picked it up on Friday and the counter guy said he could not change the milage because it was wrong to do so. But lying to me that he would is quite acceptable in his mind apparently. The owner came over and started telling me about its a battle repeatedly until I told him we are not in a battle we have a disagreement that's all. He raised his voice and kept telling in about its a battle in business and I don't understand and kept ranting on and on. I told him it was ultimately my fault because I missed the milage but I would have gone somewhere else that would done my request. If I wasn't able to find another company I would have just done it myself because it would be out of warranty anyway and save myself $660 which was my bill, pretty excessive actually.

So we drove there as opposed to somewhere else that offered us around the same price because it was cheap cheaper. When we got there, they tagged on two new fees that was not quoted. I understand that one of them was to dispose of the old tire. That's OK. But the next one was after hours cost. Be in mind that I told them I was gonna be there after hours and they said it's fine and would be the price they quoted. When I confronted them about it, they said you must've talked to somebody else that's not here anymore. (Be in mind it was 20 minutes after hanging up the phone with them) That's false advertising. I asked if it was good to drive and he said yes . paid $355 got down the road and the entire car cut off on me in the heavy traffic. I called the manager and asked why didn't he fix it. I told him my car was worse than when I brought it there and It wont crank at all and that me and all my children could have got hit in traffic he said he didn't care and he sure hope I have some good car insurance. i told him he should've made me pay if repairs were not finished and the car wasn't drivable. and that I needed my money back and he could take his part back and I will just pay for whatever labor they did. He then threatens me and say if I bring my ass back there he got something for my ass and the police if I called them. The car wont start at all now and needs to be towed. Well, what had happened was the EV charger I was directed to prior to this one did not work. So because I was low on charge I didn't want to push it any further so I came here. I didn't know it was a dealership until I got close. I panicked. Hoping I'd be able to charge. The dealership was closed but the EV charger was very reliable as one would assume being posted at a car dealership. Had the dealership been open I don't know what that situation would have been like. But the charger was reliable and it was fast!

I took my truck there for an 8 am appointment to have the headlight bulbs changed, jerking when…read moretaking off and to fix the check engine light emissions code problem. I was the first in line for that day. I waited in their lounge till about noon (4 hours) before being contacted about what they found. My total time was 7 hours. The service advisor Mark could not give me an answer why they could not change my headlight bulb so he tells me that they are not OEM bulbs he could not even tell me how to get to the bulbs. When asked if the dealer won't know how to access the headlight bulbs then who knows how to change them? His demeanor changed and from then on he was very rude and disrespectful toward me even telling me he hope That I never come back there. I went to another dealership in Columbia SC and they told me that the bulbs were a fit and gave me A thorough explanation about the process to install them which is very unique. The rude, disrespectful conduct and the long unapologetic wait time was enough for me to believe that the service department is not good. Not to mention the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I cannot say that I won't go back because I have little faith in the work that they did and may need to go back under their warranty to have it redone. .
