Well, what had happened was the EV charger I was directed to prior to this one did not work. So because I was low on charge I didn't want to push it any further so I came here. I didn't know it was a dealership until I got close. I panicked. Hoping I'd be able to charge. The dealership was closed but the EV charger was very reliable as one would assume being posted at a car dealership. Had the dealership been open I don't know what that situation would have been like. But the charger was reliable and it was fast!

I took my truck there for an 8 am appointment to have the headlight bulbs changed, jerking when…read moretaking off and to fix the check engine light emissions code problem. I was the first in line for that day. I waited in their lounge till about noon (4 hours) before being contacted about what they found. My total time was 7 hours. The service advisor Mark could not give me an answer why they could not change my headlight bulb so he tells me that they are not OEM bulbs he could not even tell me how to get to the bulbs. When asked if the dealer won't know how to access the headlight bulbs then who knows how to change them? His demeanor changed and from then on he was very rude and disrespectful toward me even telling me he hope That I never come back there. I went to another dealership in Columbia SC and they told me that the bulbs were a fit and gave me A thorough explanation about the process to install them which is very unique. The rude, disrespectful conduct and the long unapologetic wait time was enough for me to believe that the service department is not good. Not to mention the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I cannot say that I won't go back because I have little faith in the work that they did and may need to go back under their warranty to have it redone. .

From my first interaction with him on the phone to our closing he was professional and courteous. Bill Sorenson the Sales Manager did his best to get us a great deal on my now beloved - new 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible. Robert Hertel the Finance Manger could not have been better. We had a small snafu on our end with an out of state title on the car we traded but he walked us through every step on how to get it done and it sailed trough. Thanks to everyone at Santee Ford!!!! It all went as well as it could have. I was looking for a very specific car and they helped me own it. I wasn't really looking to buy it on the spot that day but within an hour or so it was mine!!!!!!

Samuel set an appointment for me to come today, said the car would be out front waiting. I take off work early, get there and am told they sold the car last week. Turns out Samuel works for the call center, not the dealership. Gentleman I talked tried to be helpful. Double checked the lot because I showed him it was still showing as available. He cant find the car. As Im leaving he comes back to tell me they do have it and it will be back on the lot next week, someone is driving it. Fooled me once, will not waste my time with them again

Zero Customer Service! Traveling on 95. Jeep overheated…read more They don't have a key drop so left Jeep for repairs Sunday. Monday they say can't get part for 3 weeks however Napa has the part in stock but Service said they can't use customer supplied parts. I said Napa will deliver it to them!!! Nope . Basically too bad!!! Ken at Walker tire went to get Jeep and his business got it on the road in an hour!!!! I will never buy a Jeep again. They left a customer stranded!

Made service apt in person. After I left I realized I needed to change the time so I called back…read moreand said I just made an apt for next Monday @ 8:00 and I need to change it to 11:00. They confirmed time and date and pulled up my information on there computer and ask was it for my 2019 ram. I said yes and they thanked me for the call. Today I came in for service and I was told I did not have an apt. I pointed to there service log and showed him my name @ 8:00 and told him I had called back and had it changed to 11:00. He said he could try to work me in @ 3:00 or 4:00 Two trips to Manning. One to make apt and one to go in for apt. It will not happen again.
