I ordered a personalized ornament on eBay and this is the business that sent the ornament. Fast service, check,! I ordered the ornament that was going to be personalized with the year, first names, and last name. That same day I received a notice that the order had been shipped. What! Maybe the company didn't get my special instructions for the personalization. Wrong, I received the ornament two days later and it was PERFECT! High quality, light weight, appropriate size, clear personalization was exactly what I received. After getting the ornament I went to their website and identified a number of ornaments that are on my wishlist. If I were independently wealthy I have dreamt of all the ornaments I would order. I do plan to order at least one more ornament for this year. I have always collected an annual ornament from Hallmark but now I'm going to add an appropriate personalized ornament each year from A Christmas Shoppe.

Spirit Halloween is a chain of seasonal Halloween super stores that pop up all over the place in September and stay a week or two into November. You can find a lot of cool decorations, props, snd costumes for your Halloween needs. Me and my family like to visit each year and shop for new decorations and costumes and it is always a good time. The earlier you come the better because the week of Halloween these places will be packed and bursting at the seems with limited inventory left We came to this location after visiting the nearby fern creek location and this store had tons more to choose from and actual stock and inventory. They had all there cool and fun displays out and working unlike there sister store in fern creek. So that was fun. We ultimately ended up grabbing a few costumes and a creepy clown animatronic for the inside of our house and a cool giant skull blow up for the outside. So it was a successful and pricey trip. However it was worth it because our kiddos loved what we got and had a fun time. Overall good spirit Halloween location. Much better then the other nearby locations that we went to this Halloween season.

I'm not an artist by any means, but I enjoy painting. I'm not too great at it on my own, but thankfully these kits were easy to use and came with all of the colors you need. Not to mention, there are so many different designs to choose from! I picked out a sunflower and my fiance got the American flag mason jar. It made us feel so productive, and now we have a couple cute things to hang on our door! Normally they do painting sessions, which I would love to check out someday. We met the gentleman who maintains this wonderful display year after year and he was kind enough to speak to us for a few minutes while we checked out the production. The house for years was located on Adams run road in Lousiville has moved over to green manor drive a few years back. Still has the same fun and charm as it did at the previous location. The lights are awesome but the roller coaster is always the main event for me and my kids. It takes about 2.5 minutes for a full cycle but it is well worth the wait. A true holiday tradition me and the kids check out every year. It is also only a few miles away from other local legends off outer loop road in toyland Christmas and blue light show. Plus is a Mile or so away from highview holiday fest awesome lights at highview park. So it is truly in a hotspot for awesome holiday lights exploring and you can make a really cool and fun night in that small few mile radius. One thing I always like to give a friendly reminder to people when it comes to awesome light displays like this is for people to please remember this is in a functioning residential neighborhood and to please be courteous to peoples properties and privacy. It can get very crowded here especially the closer you get to Christmas. So just be patient and enjoy the lights and let everyone else do so as well. Overall very cool and fun tradition my family and I do every year. The owner has a sign where he says donations to help with his lg&e are appreciated. Which I can understand and I don't think that's outlandish as this house has provided holiday cheer for many over the years locally in the louisville area.

They run somewhat decent deals as you can get 3 items (usually ornaments) for $35 and that includes the customization. Over the years my wife has come here almost every year to get ornaments with all of our names and the year at the bottom to add to our Christmas tree. We've also gifted my parents Similar items with all the grandkids names on it. They always go a quick and good job and the ornaments are always sturdy and have good handwriting and very legible to read. Overall it's always a fun trip to stop in here and browse and see the options. As my family is continually growing so is our shopping history here. We may be the reason they come back every season :). Pretty cool holiday tradition we do and usually after getting our new ornament made it always gets us in the holiday spirit.

It kicks off with an actual event that usually includes a horse drawn carriage, Santa clause visits and holiday and seasonal games inside the court house. Then at night fall they light up a walking path in the park with all kinds of cool holiday lights. After the initial event they still light the lights on the path every night all the way to the end of the year. This event and viewing the lights the rest of the season is completely free and doing either or both is always a lot of fun. When me and my family use to live in the highview area we would go to the original kickoff holiday fest. But even in years we can't make that fun event we still visit the highview holiday fest and walk the path with all the lights. We enjoy it so much that sometimes we will hit it up 2-3 times a year. Very fun and cool holiday tradition. In that same 2-3 mile vicinity there are 3 other super cool holiday lights to view. There is toyland Christmas and the blue lights show on the other side of outer loop and then back behind the park off fagenbush is a house on green manor that has a workout. First they rescheduled my delivery date 3 different times. The coffee table arrived damaged and broken 2 times. Not to mention they were going to take my old couch and leave me with just an ottoman because they couldn't deliver the new couch there until after Easter. Then when they came to deliver the ottoman it was the WRONG COUCH!! I needed the furniture before Easter ( ordered in Feb ) then after going back and forth they were finally going to get it to me the 4th right before Easter which is a date that somehow just popped up and wasn't available for a weeks! I spent over $5000 for nothing but headaches and I returned everything the day I got the ottoman I had it! I went to Ashley got what I wanted that day delivered most of it the next day and only spent $3200!! Don't waste your time on Bobs furniture they don't keep their word and don't care.
