2019 Update: I'm still a fan. Our kids (2 and 9) just love it too. "That was amazzzzibg" -2yo We arrived Saturday at 540. It was a pleasant drive. We had our windows down and 2 employees directing traffic wished us Happy Holidays. The store looked busy but we didn't stop. Tip: the truck in front of us - the passengers jumped into bed of truck with blankets to enjoy the ride. Fantastic idea! So you can see more of it. Next year! Tip 1. Bring a written letter to Santa. There is s drop box during the drive to drop it from a passenger side window. Tip 2. Find the right time to go. During the week or prepare for a wait. We went 5pm Thursday. Drive right in. No wait. Had plenty of tine. It was great. Lots of lights and fun displays. I consider the cost "ok" because I see how much work goes into the production. Lots of things to see. We've camped here and can see the clear amount if work required to put this on.

They really do a great job, and it can be made into an entire night of family fun at Christmastime. The lights are amazing, and they don't remove Christ like so many other Santa displays do. That is why we made a special effort to go on our trip back to the midwest from San Diego, where we live now. We have great memories of our annual traditions here, and they keep expanding!

Went with a party of 5 on the wagon ride through the park. Really enjoyed it. Lots of lights and displays like The Jetsons and Flintstones. Every park employee was extremely friendly and didn't think the price was too high. If you do the wagon ride it's 13$ a person and your car is free if you book 2 people for the wagon ride. If you just do the car it's 23$. I would definitely go back especially Monday-Thursday since there are fewer people on those days.

This was definitely the worst experience myself and my children have had. It was a terrible display and it one point it got down to two lanes of traffic that were crawling and nothing to look at for about 1/4 mile. The radio station they tell you to tune into was just talking about bears. Lol. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, trapped and couldn't get out. Then we had to pay at the end, after seeing how bad it was. DONT DO IT!!! Not even with a coupon

These photos show the lack of thought out into the Christmas theme

Expensive for what you get 35.00 for a car, also no Santa for the kids to see or get pictures taken anymore. Disappointed

Kids will love this place. It is a hodge podge of decorative lights. The wagon ride is an interesting way to see the lights.

We had a great summer at Six Flags! Even though this park needs some TLC we still had a great time,…read morethe attractions are still top notch and the food offerings were good for their value. I hope Six Flags puts more energy in to this park, it is well kept but needs some serious 're-imagining.' Many of the elements that made this park fun in the past just aren't there anymore and there is opportunity to make more of the themes they still have going. There were some oddities we ran into to, once time we needed to fill up our water bottles and the attendant at the freestyle station said we could not fill up there, we asked where we could get water and they said there was no free water. This was at the station near Johnny Rockets. It was odd, especially being the middle of the summer and we had kids. Small operational changes could go a long way in making this a premiere park again. Still looking forward to next year! See you soon!

I paid for a season pass with a meal plan and now that the park was bought up by this new company,…read morethey took away the meal pass. They replaced it with a huge rip off.... Many people in the St Louis area get season passes with the meal plan and now we aren't getting what we paid for. Today was the first day open of the summer and half the rides were down. Super disappointed. My husband and I were regulars last year and definitely won't be coming back nearly as much. The employees are very kind and polite for the most part.

Grab your laser blasters, Metropolis needs saving!…read more Like its SFOT counterpart, Saint Louis' Justice League is an interactive shooter dark ride from Sally Corporation. As your 6-person vehicle meanders along a powered track, you're tasked to fight against Lex Luthor, the Joker, and a myriad of henchmen on 8 different 3D screens. It's fun and the thrills are mild enough to appeal to children. There's a very cool animatronic of Cyborg in the queue line and some other spiffy features during the course of the ride. However, some of the special FX didn't trigger properly or at all, and one of the laser guns in my ride vehicle was taped down, indicating that it was inoperable. For a new-for-2015 ride, I was a little disappointed that not everything worked to the fullest extent. Whereas the Texas version received 10 ride vehicles, Missouri only got 7. This was due to the space the former attraction sat on; the result is a lower rider capacity per hour. Since it was the newest (and likely most popular) attraction during my visit, the wait was just over 60 minutes. Also, for those of you reading, Illinois' SFGAm is getting one of these rides in 2016!

HI-YAH! Ninja is…read moreadvertised as 'the black belt of roller coasters', which is 100% fitting because riding this is like having a black belt karate chop you in the shoulders....and then straight punch you in the groin. Vekoma is known for their painful coasters that only worsen with time, and Ninja is no exception. As you navigate the 4 inversions and a helix, you'll be subjected to several instances of head-banging lateral G's that'll quickly answer your question as to why there's absolutely NO wait for this ride. ~Special ride elements~ *Loop *Sidewinder *Double corkscrew ....however there is 1 feature of this particular ride that's terrifying (apart from the roughness). After exiting the sidewinder element, the train travels underneath the lift hill structure. Normally this wouldn't be noteworthy, except that under the lift is the chain return which comes within THREE FEET above the passing train. It looks the same from any row: like you're about to be totally decapitated. Of course you're never actually in harms way, but it's all about perception. The effect is at once cool and scary but doesn't negatively impact this ride's 2* rating. That's purely a result of the extremely uncomfortable over-the-shoulder restraints and abrupt jarring motions. Essentially, Ninja is about as enjoyable as a roundhouse kick to the head.

THE ICEMAN COMETH!…read more Expect this ride to give you the cold shoulder, and maybe even a touch of frostbite. Virtually identical to the Six Flags Over Texas version (apart from being a mirror image), this Intamin launch coaster delivers an insane amount of thrills in a relatively small space. The trains were flipped around in 2012 to provide guests with the sensation of a backwards acceleration, and it's a tremendously cool feeling (heehee). The trains truly scream around the track--you can hear this coaster's roar all throughout the park! Like the one at SFOT, this ride utilizes a dual loading station for a faster boarding process. Since this is a shuttle coaster (meaning only 1 train can be on the track at a time), station operators load & unload one train of guests while the other completes its circuit. There were several occasions when the returning train matched up with the loaded/ready train so both switchtracks moved simultaneously! That timing was awesome to see. ~Special ride elements~ *0-70mph in 3.8 seconds *Inside 'top hat' [an inversion] *218 foot tall 'spike' with LIM boosters Mr. Freeze also gets huge plus points for using a comfortable individual lapbar in lieu of a OTSR (over the shoulder restraint, which always suck). You'll be subjected to up to 4 g's during the launch and weightlessness at the apex of the 'spike', as well as some enjoyable hangtime at the crest of the top hat element. It's also the tallest and fastest coaster at Missouri's Six Flags. A most chilling experience.
