I have called maybe 5 separate times in the past month & no one answers the phone. I call during open operating business hours & still I have never had anyone answer any one of my calls. I don't know if the phone isn't working or they just don't feel like answering phones but I'm sure it's apart of the job... if the phones worked properly & workers actually answered them this location would have 5 stars! :)

Unfortunately, I was in a hurry. . . took my cash and rushed out. It was only until later I realized they shorted me $50. I called the bank immediately (5 minutes before they were set to close) and explained the situation. The teller was helpful in saying he'd check with the other employee's drawers at close to see if anyone was over. To my dismay, the following day I received a call explaining that all the drawers came out even and that there was nothing else they could do. I was furious!!! I was absolutely positive, without a doubt that I had been shorted. I simmered in anger for a few days. That was, until I received a letter in the mail saying my account had been credited $50 for a mistake made on their part. Amazing!!! Yaaaay! Glad things were fixed without my even having to push the higher ups to correct their mistake. The bank redeemed themselves in my eyes because I was on the verge of transferring my funds to another bank (not just due to this situation but from service rendered overtime through many different branches). At least I can be assured this bank is trustworthy in a sense.

Thankfully, Adam is always there and I didn't need to make an appointment. I went to Chase later on the same day and got my document notarized. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM; and closed on Sunday. Like most businesses, Chase branches will be closed on federal holidays. I've frequented this Chase Bank branch location to use their ATMs or to speak to the teller many times since moving to Providence. There is usually always a security guard by the entrance. Recently, I came here because I needed foreign currency for a future international trip. I went to the teller and informed her of the amount I needed in JPY. The teller informed me of the current exchange rate and how much I would be charged. The bank exchange rate was close to the public exchange rate plus some fees. The teller informed me that the money will arrive in 1-2 days and they will give me a call. On the transaction summary receipt, it shows the foreign amount, exchange rate, US amount, and that foreign exchange rates include spreads paid to chase and our vendors and may vary from rates quoted publicly. The next day, I got a call that the money arrived and to bring ID to pick it up. It was a very simple and quick process.
